"Hmm... I wonder why your face is red.~" Scaramouche said in a teasing manner. This would be the second time, only, it wasn't towards his current girlfriend. It was towards me. Someone who is supposed to hate him. "I-I told you it doesn't matter! You shouldn't rub up against s-someone like that! You just surprised me is all!" I exclaimed.

Turning me around, Scaramouche gets close to my ear once again, whispering, "Is that right, Lumine?~" I felt myself shiver as his breath hits my ear. This has never happened to me before. I've never felt such shivers go down my spine like Scaramouche has done just now. Is this how Ganyu feels when their together?

My mind was racing, still having a blush flushing my face red. "Scaramouche... Please stop. Your joke has g-gone far enough." I said, hoping that this was all an act. "You want me to stop?~" Scaramouche whispered again, still speaking in a teasing tone. His voice was suddenly making my knees weak, forcing me to buckle down.

Scaramouche was there to catch my lower back though. My heart was beating really fast, making me think I was having anxiety. "Heh. Your kind of cute when you fall beneath me just by the sound of my voice.~" Scaramouche cooed. "Y-you're taking the joke to far, S-scara..." I said, accidentally blurting out his nickname.

"What makes you think I'm joking?" He asks, moving his head so he was staring straight into my eyes. "B-because you're with Ganyu! Why e-else?!" I exclaim. My legs still felt weak as Scaramouche was holding me. I swallow my spit, taking a deep breath, hoping to calm down my racing heart. "You're right. I was just messing with you." He said, letting me go.

Instead of catching myself, I let myself fall to the floor, letting out an "oof" as I land on my butt. The indigo haired boy stares down at me sitting on the floor. No smirk was on his face. It was as if he never was teasing me to begin with. I place a hand on my chest, taking another deep breath.

"Heh. Did I make you weak? I didn't expect that." Scaramouche said, placing his hands on his hips. "You jackass. Never. And I mean, NEVER do that again." I state, slowly standing up. I felt like I had jelly legs. "I can do whatever the hell I want." Scaramouche said. I shake my head, walking back into the kitchen to put the rest of the food away.

"Just go play in your room. I've had enough of you for one day." I said, blinking slowly as I dig through a bag. Hearing Scaramouche click his tongue, he finally leaves me in peace.

           =====

"Thanks for bringing the TV, Aether. You can set it down over there. I can set it up myself." I said, smiling at my brother. Aether set the medium sized flat screen on the floor, wiping sweat from his forehead. "No problem. If you need anything else, just ask! Your fantastic brother will bring it to you!" I laugh at his response.

"I'll be sure to count on you. Scaramouche! The TV is here!" I yell, cupping one hand over my mouth to make my voice louder. "Yeah, yeah. Don't need to fucking make me go deaf." The irritated boy said, walking out of his room. "Wait, you asked so then... HE could have it?!" Aether asked, suddenly feeling offended.

Placing both hands on my hips, I stare at Aether blankly. "Who do you think I am. This is for the living room. I wouldn't get something for him even if he begged for it." I said, poking Aether's chest roughly. "Don't ever doubt your dear sister, Aether." I hear Scaramouche scoff, clearly irritated by the conversation we were having.

It was around 6, forcing the sun to set right through the windows. "Alright... Well, I should get back. Xiao said he would lock me out if I didn't hurry." I snort, already knowing how Xiao could be. "Gotcha. Say hello to Xiao for me." I said, walking Aether out the door. Once my genderbend left, I shut the door and walk back over to the TV.

"Till I can get a nightstand or something, the TV can just be placed on the floor. Hope that's okay." I said, not really giving the indigo-haired boy an option. Scaramouche then clicks his tongue, saying, "Whatever." I roll my eyes and gently push the TV close to the wall. I then stand up properly and take a look at how weird the TV was placed.

"This is definitely going to bother me... I should probably get a nightstand as soon as possible." I said, not really talking to the boy who was still standing there. "Aether also said that mom has some extra beanbags that we could have till we get a couch." I was in my own little world, not caring how stupid I looked talking to no one.

I close my eyes and place a hand on my chin, deep in thought. I wasn't paying attention to my surroundings, not even glancing at the boy who somehow got closer. "Maybe-"

"You know how dumb you look just talking to no one?" I froze in place, opening my eyes wide. I slowly glance at the boy whose lips were near my ear, whispering. "I-I do that when I'm deep in thought. Now, can you b-back up?" I stutter out. "You're acting like you've never had a single boy come up to you like this.~" Scaramouche teased.

I kept silent. What was I supposed to say to that? And it's not like he was lying. Pursing my lips, I look to my right. "Are you kidding? Are you trying to tell me that NO ONE has ever done that to you?!" I flinch as Scaramouche's got louder. "Does it matter? Everyone knows that I've never been in a relationship..." I said, trailing off.

I look back at Scaramouche who had a semi-shocked face. "What's with the look? Am I supposed to lie to you?" I shake my head, now trying to ignore the said boy who was ever so close. "I was going to have Aether order dinner for us since I'm out of money. Do you want anything special?" I ask, changing the subject.

"Anything is fine." Scaramouche said rather softly. I was surprised with the way he was talking. "Alright." I then felt my phone vibrate inside my hoodie pocket. I groan, not wanting to answer. Taking the device out, I check the caller ID only to see it was my mom. Sighing, I quickly answer with a small, "Hello?"

"Lumine! So glad you picked up! Your father is coming over now to bring the beanbags. I was calling to check what floor and room your in." I glance at Scaramouche for a second and then turn my gaze to the kitchen stools that came with the dorm. Taking a seat, I say, "I'm on the 2nd floor, room 34. I said you didn't have to bring them till tomorrow."

I then felt the irritated boys' presence, making me glance at Scaramouche once more. "Your father doesn't mind! He's off work anyway. Make sure to leave the door unlocked, Lumine."

"I got it. Just tell dad that he can walk right in." I said, getting the boys' attention. "K. I gotta go. I'll call you later or something. Bye." I said, finally hanging up the phone. "Scaramouche, you're lucky that my mom was on the phone. I would have pushed you away if she wasn't." Scaramouche only smirked a bit...
