"You ready?" "Yep." Kate walked out in a 2 piece blue and white suit along with sunglasses and a book. "Great." She smiled and took his arm walking out of the room and soon they got to the pool area.Rick was about to jump in when his phone rang making him roll his eyes and let out a grunt. "Ya? Oh, Paula..No I'm on my honeymoon I told you..Yes That's the fifth time you've told me. Nope I'm not leaking it to the press. Yes, WHAT! Fine..I said fine! When? Ok I'll be there, bye." He hung up and rubbed his face. "Babe what's wrong?" "paula called and said I have to go on tour immediately after the honeymoon." "Oh." "Sorry." "It's ok." "You'll be going back to New York without me, I'll be leaving for

California when we leave."

"Oh." "I'm really sorry." "It's ok." He half smiled and kissed her making her smile and kiss him back. "Wanna swim?" "Mmm maybe later." he smirked and walked off to let her read but soon came back all wet. "Rick I said.." Before she could finish she was squealing from being cold when he picked her up and walked towards the pool. "Rick! Don't you dare!" "Hmm maybe later." She squirmed but before she knew it Kate was in the pool wet and cold. "RICK!" He whistled and looked away then jumped in and swam to her. She tried to swim away but he caught her and she screamed. "No! Don't you dare." He wiggled his eyebrows and dunked her making her wiggle and pop up for a air like a fish out of water.

Panting she narrowed her eyes then splashed him with water making him chuckle and splash her back. Soon they were in a splashing fight and Rick was losing but soon went under water making Kate raise her eyebrow. She was soon tripped under by his arm and brought down. "You'll pay!" He wiggled his eyebrows and smirked at her. "Can't wait babe." She rolled her eyes and squeezed the water out of her hair, stepping out of the pool trying not to look weird in front of the other guests. He also stepped out and ran his hand through the wetness of his hair sneaking up on her. "Boo." She was reading when she squealed and narrowed her eyes coldly at him. "CASTLE!" "What?" He asked innocently. "Stop already I'm not your playmate, act like a grownup." "But." He looked down and made a puppy dog face. "No, I'm serious. You're acting like a 5 year old." "I get it from Ally." "But she's actually 5, you're 26 years old and you need to act like it." "But.." "No buts." He folded his arms and lounged next to her. "Fine." "Thank you."

She huffed and continued reading, She had to admit he wasn't as fun when he was serious but she didn't want him acting like a child every 5 seconds. He needed to be grownup, but watching him acting mature made her realize it wasn't him so she needed to get him back to his old self. He was napping so it would be the perfect opportunity, quietly getting up she took a cup and filled it with water then walked over and dumped it on him. Making him sit up and wipe his face. "Hey!" She bit her lip and smiled. "What was that for?!" "For being boring." "But you said." "Forget what I said, your way more fun as a child." He smiled and stood up. "Can  I?"

She rolled her eyes and nodded. "Just this once." He smiled and picked her up and threw themselves into the pool. She giggled and went up for air followed by Rick trailing behind. They swam over to the Jacuzzi part and relaxed into each other. Kate wrapped her arms around Rick's neck and he wrapped his arms around her waist making her smile. "I didn't like when I was mature ish." "Me either." He smiled and kissed her wet head making her smile. "Wanna know a secret?" "Hmm does it include CIA? Or Area 51?! Ooh How about walking zombies!" She rolled her eyes and leaned in his ear whispering . " Not even close, I was going to say that I love you for you."
