                                                 Falling in love at school/ Chapter 56

13 year old Noah walked with his sisters to school on the bright Monday morning. 

"Noah, you seem quiet." "Ya Noah." 5 year old Johanna said.

 "Oh, sorry.."     "Everything ok?" 

Abby asked as they reached the school steps.

 "Ya." "Ok Jo, there's your teacher." 

"Bye Abby! Bye Noah!" "Bye." 

The 2 said in sync as they walked towards the middle school building. 

"I'll see you at lunch." "K." Before he could walk any farther she pushed him near a tree. 

"Hey!" "What's going on with you! Ever since Friday you've been depressed looking!"

 "It's none of your business!" Suddenly she gasped and looked at him. 

"It's Ally isn't it!" "No!" "It is! You don't want her to leave for college!"

 "And you do?!" "No! But she's 19 and that means college! She's gonna visit though." 

"I know, but stanford! That's in another state!"

 "I know." Abby sighed. "I'll miss her too, let's not act too sad around her though."

 "Ok."

 He half smiled and walked back to the steps, soon being distracted of sadness as his friends started talking to him.

"Abigail." "ABIGAIL!" "Miss Castle!"

 The teacher was almost yelling. Suddenly shaking her head she sat up.

 "I was asking you a question." "Can you repeat it?" 

"Who was the President during the Persian Gulf War, in the year 1990?" 

"Oh.. George H.W. Bush" "Very good." He nodded and pointed to a map.

 "Pss." "Pss!" 

Abby turned her head where her friend was hand signaling her. 

Abby nodded and turned her head back to the teacher.
