"KATE! Come on we're gonna be late!"
Rick yelled as he fixed the diamond cuff links that he was wearing.
"Dad you look so handsome!"
Abby smiled and stood in front of her dad.
"I still got it." He winked and made the 13 yr. old laugh.
"Why can't we come to the Gala?"
"Because it's for adults, not kids."
"Hmph." She folded her arms.
"Tell ya what, you can come to my next book party."
"Really?!"
"Really."
"YES!!"
Rick smiled and made sure his tuxedo was perfect.
He was immediately blown away when Kate walked out in a black floor length gown that curved her pregnant body perfectly.
Her 4 month small baby bump was showing he immediately recognized it as the dress that she wore to the first ball they ever went with together.

Giggling she walked up and kissed him.
"You look..AMAZING!"

"Guys, stop making puppy love eyes and get going!"
Abby laughed and practically shoved them.
