This story does not follow the timeline of Rise!TMNT, as it is an alternate universe that I created.
Also, I have decided to age up the characters to fit the storyline a bit more; Raph being 23, Leo/Donnie being 22, Mikey being 21, April and 'Dove' (you) being 20.
In this universe, I have gone with a mafia vibe with having clans that rival each other, but not to the extent that most mafiaAUS go to. There are four main clans:
- Hamato Clan: Run by Splinter
- Nexus Clan: Run by Big Momma
- Foot Clan: Run by Shredder
- Draxum Clan: Run by Baron Draxum
These four clans can either gang up with each other for a common goal, or go against one another. You are a part of the 'Nexus Clan', run by Big Momma.
This is just some basic knowledge that I hope will keep the beginning of the story from being confusing ^-^
