Chapter 6: Beach

Rinni's POV

Now I am in a new environment, which means I don't have the luxury of having a place to stay. I again lied saying that I had amnesia, and that I don't remember anything besides waking up in the forest. Lucky for me though, some of the other members offered me a place to stay. After a bit of playing the shy, hesitant, and modest type, I ended up going with Levy. She might have more info about other dimensions and other stuff. Though they do have info about it through their experience within Edolas, my situation is still different.

Eventually, that setup only lasted for a month because Team Natsu keeps dragging me into missions, thus giving me a chance to earn money. On the days that I wasn't in missions, the guild would find me reading, or writing. Lucy and Levi have been curious about what I was writing but it's just my theories about things. Though I never showed them, because they'll start asking a heck of a lot of questions they might not understand.

Oh, I forgot to mention, I am now officially back to being 22, and I love it. I guess that semi-proves my theory. Now back to theories, I was transported to Fairy Tail after my first mission with Soul and Maka. I touched the kishin egg, and bam, here I am. So, I thought that I would be able to leave when I get a reward from a mission here. It turns out, I was wrong. Besides, I'm also not sure about being able to go home. I don't know where these important keys, which I now call demiki. Demi from dimension and ki for keys. I don't know where they will take me or where they are.

Demikis are linked to something important or particular to a dimension. A kishin egg was important in Soul Eater because you can use that to become a Death Scythe which, is what every weapon student from DWMA aimed to become. Regardless if they have a meister or not. In all honesty, I haven't watched Fairy Tail in a long time so I don't know what the demiki could be. One thing is for sure, it's not missions, or at least the ones we've been taking so far. I have been stuck here for months and a lot of time has passed. So much so that the Grand Magic games are getting closer. Turns out, it had only been a few weeks since they returned from the 7-year time skip due to a lot of them being trapped in Tenrou Island.

I do remember bits and pieces of that arc, like how Raven Tail will cheat, Erza defeats 100 monsters, Cana wins the MPF, and essentially Fairy Tail wins. I also remember Lucy being taken into custody. Lucy from the future travels back in time to try to change things. Anyways, speaking of teams, initially, I was supposed to be one of the reserved members in one of the teams. Though I had managed to convince the master that I shouldn't because my magic can become uncontrollable. It sometimes works and sometimes doesn't.

Also, it mostly works on metallic items, i.e. armor, weapons, and a few pieces of jewelry. So it would only be good for enhancing or fixing Erza's stuff. The two teams were both sent to the beach to train, so not much noise happened in the guildhall that is, but how would I know? they dragged my ass there.

"No! Don't you dare!" I screamed at Natsu

"Come on! There's nothing wrong with it! It's just a little swim!"

"No! First of all, I'm busy writing. Second, I will swim when I want to swim. Lastly, you're supposed to be training"

"Are you sure you aren't afraid of the water?"

"How dare, it's far from it. I grew up with my family either going to the beach or a pool for special occasions."

"Right as if"

That got a good Rinni Chop, something I learned from Maka, on the head. Anyway, Virgo soon came with a quest and we finished it in the celestial world a few hours ago and I am tired as hell. But the teams only had three days to train left, so they needed to grind for the games. Also, I can not 100 percent trust my memory of certain events, but I do know key events that stuck with me even after all those years. I believe the last time I watched Fairy Tail was when I was 16, and I'm 22 now so it has been such a long while. Ugh, my thoughts are all over the place again. I should focus more.

Also, I think I kinda remember what happens after the Grand Magic Games. It's gonna be a war zone so what I can do is prepare for the worst without anyone noticing. I don't remember what caused it but I remember it will happen. I can never really tell them how I know things and all that because if I do, then things might change.

Honestly, I don't even know how much I would have changed the story of Soul Eater if I did. I know my presence here changes everything, not like Lucy traveling to the past kind of change, but a different one. It can be harmful or beneficial, I don't know, and I won't know until I travel back to my own world to check stuff there. Hopefully, I can find the Demiki soon, or at least I can stay for the battle and help out. I know they're gonna need a lot of it. I snapped off my thoughts as I felt two people behind me. I immediately close my book and look behind me only to see Lucy and Levy.

"Aw, we were so close to seeing what you were writing. Well I did read Demiki" Lucy said

"What's that? And why can't you let us read it Rinni?"

"A Demiki is nothing and because this book is a personal thing"

They look at me with doubt, before they try to reach for the book. I immediately jumped back, which ended up with me bumping into Natsu and my book flying off. I watch as the book lands in the sand, but as I was about to grab it, I was flung off. I see both Gray and Natsu fight, which leads to a brawl. Oh no, what have I done? I got up wanting to grab my book but that was not possible as I saw it fly to Erza. There's nothing I can do as the book lands on Erza's cake. Oh shit... I'm a dead woman. I could see the rage starting to build up. I could only see Erza glaring at everyone

"It was Natsu and Gray!"

That was all I can say before I ran away to grab my book and hide from the wrath of Erza. I am not dying today or any other day. The days pass by and soon enough we had to go back to the guild and prepare for the Grand Magic Games. Fairy Tail will be number one again, and there's nothing that will hold back this guild from giving it out 100%. We will fight until the end, and won't stop cause we know we've all come so far.
