Chapter 55: I'm Sorry

Rinni's POV

I was swimming in the ocean, helping anyone in need to get to the boats. Erza was the one who signaled me to come back onto the boat which I did. Lucy handed me a towel and I thanked her before trying my best to dry off. We were transported under the sea by Mest, and eventually, we reached the capital of Alakitasia. Mest was also the one who teleported away and back with the Master. He only stared in disbelief when he saw Natsu and the others.

"Zeref! Zeref was there..."

"Zeref!"

"Woah, Natsu don't! We can't be charged recklessly there!"

I stood in front of Natsu before he charged.

"Rinni..."

I turned to the master and smiled.

"Heya... I'm back Master..."

After what seemed like forever in an emotional moment we collected ourselves and truly began to assess the real threat and problem. I knew my gut feeling was right. We soon engaged in a fight and it was clear nothing was beating this guy. I hopped onto the roof.

"Rinni what are you doing?! Go back inside!" Gray yelled

"Hell no!"

I took a step back before running and jumping off the car.

"Rinni!" I heard Lucy and Gray yell

I closed my eyes and took a deep breath, channeling the aragami within in. I landed in the middle of the storm and opened my eyes. I could only growl as I went for the source. A frenzy of attacks was sent and it hit the guy a few times. I let out a loud roar/yell as sand began to encase my arms. I transformed my arms and began to devour the sand, giving me more power, even much so as this was infused with the magic of the guy I was fighting. The rest began to join in and help but we were all trapped by master Makarov. I grabbed onto the arm of the master and began to pry it open, enough to be able to slip out and land on the ground. I see a huge wave of sand coming in our direction.

I brought my arms together and started to use the cells inside to create a shield, big enough to protect all of us. We were all covered on time as the sand hit us. I groaned out in pain because of the pressure and impact that hit. Then I heard a loud boom and the sand stopped. I felt a sharp pain and my arms transformed back to normal. I gripped my wrist but suddenly it spread. The pain spread like haywire as I felt the oracle cells consume me.

I guess the shock got to me and I fainted. When I woke up we were back in Fairy Tail's new guild hall, more specifically, the infirmary. I looked to see the back marks had almost covered my right arm. I groaned in pain when I moved my arms. They felt hella sore. I got up and opened the door and heard the commotion. I took a peak and saw everyone was celebrating. They're all probably celebrating the guild's return. I smiled as I watched this.

"Hey guys look! Rinni's awake!" I heard Natsu yell as he pointed toward me

"You guys started the party without me?" I playfully asked

"If you weren't sleeping then you could have joined earlier" Gajeel answered

"Hey I was knocked out, can't blame me can't ya?"
