Sarah

Thursday came very quickly, and I was on my way to the hotel. This time I had shined up. I made my lashes, put on makeup, shaved, and exfoliated my body so I was super soft and wore a nice short casual black dress with thin straps and the top of it hanging low revealing my cleavage a little bit. My hair was hanging loose with soft curls at the bottom.

I sprayed my Givenchy irresistible perfume and put on some black ballerina just not to overdo it with black heels. I also brought food with me to have some extra time with him, but then I remembered I didn't tell him before hand as he said I should so I could come earlier.

I knocked on his door even though he gave me an extra key to the room. This time I was there at 8. Sharp. I kept knocking and as I was about to knock again the door opened harshly giving me a little shock and he was about to say something as he looked annoyed but then stopped when he saw me. He just stood there looking at me with a slightly open mouth without saying anything for a few seconds. Then he shook his head and looked at me normally.

"I gave you a key for a reason, use it instead of knocking, please." He said and walked inside the room. I walked after him and he was just wearing his sweatpants and a white t-shirt, so I felt a little overdressed in this black dress. Suddenly I felt shy coming like this. If this was under normal circumstances with me not acting, then I would have been embarrassed, but right now I needed to own it to make a move.

"My hands are full and the key was in my back." I said and placed the bags with food on the table. "I hope you are hungry. I brought us Mexican." I said and I knew he was going to have a mini-attack because I had ruined the time plan.

"Are you even listening to anything I tell you?" He asked annoyed and crossed his arms. Normally I would have started arguing, but I needed to control myself.

"I forgot to text you. I got hungry on the way and thought I would get you some too." I tried to explain but he didn't seem to care.

"I'm not hungry." He said and turned around and opened the fridge to drink some water. He turned around and looked at me again and I could see he was checking me out. "Where have you been?" he asked me. Was this the embarring part where I told him that I dressed up to make him fall in love with me or pretend that I had something important before this?

"I had plans with a friend earlier." I would rather die than tell him that I dressed up for him.

"Which friend? Hopefully not a guy." He said and put down the water. "You seem to forget the rules quite a bit, just to remind you that you are not sleeping or seeing anyone else while we are doing this."

"You and your stupid rules, can you just relax a bit? And no, it was my old friend. A girl." I said and sat down on the chair and opened my food. He looked at me without saying anything and something told me that he was thinking about Rafael and his obsession with rules. He took the other bag of food and sat down across from me.

"I thought you were not hungry." I said and looked at him.

"I'm not, but now you brought it here, so I might as well join you." He said and opened the box too. We both started eating and to be honest I had no idea how to continue the conversation with him. He was not the most talkative guy, and he didn't really pay that much attention to anything I had to say anyway, or he would just get pissed and say 'none of your business'. Or give me super short answers.

"How was work the other day? You seemed stressed." I asked him.

"Fine."

"Did you get into a lot of trouble because you were late?"

"No."

"That's nice. How was your day today then?"

"Good." Then silence.
