Knockout groaned as he tried to recharge, the Sparklings had been restless for a couple days. They gave them all the energon. Knockout made sure they were kept warm with the blankets. The past few days had been raining nonstop. The air was damp, and the ground soaking wet. Knockout knew he hated the rainy days.
Starscream had been sneaking energon from the mines, and made sure he wasn't being followed by the Vehicons. He knew he had to find the autobots soon.
Back in the cave, Knockout was ready to move. Starscream carried Miko while Knockout carried the other two. Miko sat on Starscreams shoulders. Chirping happily, Raf was snuggled into Knockouts neck while Jack was sitting on his hip. The two talked about possible spots to recharge if they didn't find the autobots.
(Forest)
The Sparklings looked at all the plantation, they started to miss being human, but their human lives were gone. They would forever be a Cybertronian, Jack knew he wouldn't be able to go to his old home. But he hoped his mother would be ok.
Knockout yawned as he leaned on a tree. He was so tired, Starscream looked back and walked back to him. Knockout frowned as Starscream pulled him along.
"Scream can we please take a break? I'm carrying two Sparklings...I'm tired..." Knockout said.
"I'm tired to Kncokout, but we have to keep going." Starscream said.
"We need energon...please just a small break" Knockout asked.
"We have to k-....I hear something" Starscream said.
"Like what?" Knockout asked.
"Engines" Starscream frowned as he pulled his family under some trees.
The two watched as someone they knew landed, they were shocked to see Soundwave. They figured he'd be on the ship still, maybe Megatron sent him out to look for them.
Knockout knew Soundwave wouldn't rat them out. But he had to wonder why he was there. Soundwave looked around, he knew the two were in the area. He figured he must've scared them, he looked around as he walked. Starscream was hesitant but gave a sigh.
That small sound alerted Soundwave, he stopped in his tracks. Helm turning towards the trees, he watched the two come out of hiding. Soundwave walked over to them, standing three feet away.
"What are you doing here?" Starscream asked.
"Soundwave: wished to help more...brought energon for all" Soundwave said.
"Brought energon? You stole from Megatron?" Knockout blinked.
"Answer: correct" Soundwave nodded.
"Great, but why?" Starscream asked.
"Soundwave: missed company, missed them" he pointed to the young.
"I'm sure they missed you to" Knockout smiled as he handed Soundwave Raf.
"But the Autobots will still be livid if they found the truth" Knockout frowned.
"Situation: not Knockouts fault" Soundwave said.
"Maybe not, but I didn't stop Shockwave" Knockout said.
(Time skip)
Soundwave led them to a new cave, this one had energon in it. Yet no signs of either fraction seemed to be detected. So they figured they could try and take what they could, or try to get the autobots attention.
Soundwave offered to try and bring them here. And seeing how weak Knockout was getting, he would do just that. He watched the small family rest, though Starscream was restless. He got up and quickly made his way towards where he knew the autobots have always been seen.
Soundwave made it to the outside of Jasper, he sent a false signal and waited. A ground bridge opened and he watched five autobots come out. He watched them all stand their ground, he waited for one to move.
Optimus watched Soundwave closely, he knew finding him was rare. He brought Bulkhead, arcee, Bumblebee and Smokescreen. Everyone was still, no one daring to move. Soundwave flexed a digit, making both Arcee and Smokescreen race towards him.
"Stand down!" Optimus ordered.
Soundwave transformed and took off, he made sure the autobots were following. Knowing that they were following, made him happy. He kept flying just a little ahead of them. Making sure he was still in sight.
(Cave)
Starscream was scared out of recharge, after hearing Soundwave land. Knockout was still out, Soundwave and Starscream both checked him. They had to get energon in him, it had been two days of walking until they found the cave, and Soundwave could only carry so much from the ship. The energon at the cave was not filtered.
"He needs filtered energon...but we don't have anymore" Starscream said.
Soundwave heard the autobots finally arrive. He turned his helm and saw them rush into the cave, optimus was behind his team. But seeing the two surround Knockout, he moved past them.
"Is he alright?" Optimus asked.
"Fine, just needs energon" Starscream frowned.
"No need to be sassy" Arcee said.
"If you can't think of something helpful to say, then don't speak" Starscream snapped.
"Why you little" Arcee fumed.
"-loud screeching noises- fighting: isn't going to help Kncokout, Kncokout: needs help" Soundwave said.
"We will bring you all back, Starscream, are you able to carry all of your young?" Optimus asked as he picked Knockout up.
"Of course, lead the way" Starscream said.
