chapter twenty seven- a plan

peters/pov

I was in the middle of fighting venom I felt like he was getting smarter and stronger every move he made we were fighting in the middle of time square people were watching us as we kept on battling each other I quickly shot dozens of webs at venom before throwing something attached to a web I launched it at venom to make him weaker I announced to him

'are you ever going to stop this'

venom laughed loudly before shrieking evilly

'NO I'M NOT GOING TO STOP WHEN I WRECK THIS CITY ONCE I'VE DONE THAT THERE'S GOING TO BE OUR BIGGEST BATTLE YET JUST YOU WAIT AND SEE SPIDERMAN THIS CITY WILL CRUMBLE UNDER YOUR FEET I WILL FIND YOUR FUCKING GIRLFRIEND TOO AND I WILL TRY TO KILL HER I'LL BE BACK'

he immediately left as quick as a flash what was I going to do now everyone's life was in danger including ashes I'd have to tell her about it or else who knows what would happen to her so before the paparazzi and news reporters hurried up to me I shot a web and began swinging home

a few minutes later I arrived home I snuck through my bedroom window before quickly getting changed once I got changed I left my room to see what cole was up to I could here him playing do I wanna know by artic monkeys on his guitar I exhaled before knocking I heard him call out in his deep voice

'come on in'

I opened his door seeing him and delilah together cole asked

'oh peter what's up'

I explained

'cole we need to talk it's really important'

he nodded as he left his room delilah asked softly

'baby what's going on'

cole replied

'I have to talk to peter real quick about something important I'll tell you afterwards if peter's ok with anyone else knowing'

we both left the room to go to my room once we were both in there I quickly closed the door cole asked

'so what's up'

I exhaled before explaining

'venom is getting stronger and I don't what to do if I don't do anything soon he's going to destroy this whole city and possibly kill ash'

cole gasped quietly before whispering

'so what are you going to do you've gotta come up with something'

I wanted to panic this was too much for me to handle the whole city was in danger and also ash was in danger I mumbled worriedly

'I don't know I have so much to worry about one the people two you guys including aunt may and three ash I don't know what I'm going to do cole but I would sacrifice my life just to get rid of venom'

there was a minute of silence cole stared at me nervously he then explained as he stood up from my bed

'maybe me and the others can help you we will help you take down venom'

I glanced over at cole seeing him smile at me I asked unsurely

'are you sure this is a good idea'

cole exclaimed

'yes we will all help and support you your strong as spiderman but we are ten times stronger if we're a team'

I thought for a moment maybe we could all work together on this I answered

'hmm sounds like a plan this could actually happen I'll think about it'

cole smiled again before leaving my room closing the door behind him

coles/pov

I walked back to my room I opened my door still seeing delilah she was sat on my bed she asked

'so what did he say'

I exhaled before explaining seriously

'peter's having some trouble defeating venom he said he's getting smarter and stronger I suggested we could all help him'

delilah put her arm around my shoulder before murmuring

'sounds like a plan I suggest we all talk about this together at ashes house I'll text blaire marinette and ash first then will all work from there'

ashes/pov

I was just chilling in my room I could hear the whole house was silent suddenly I heard my phone vibrate I picked up my phone delilah was ringing me I quickly picked up

'hi delilah what's up'

delilah explained

'me cole blaire and peter are coming over grab marinette we will all meet in your room I have no time to explain what's going on I'll be at your place in a minute see you soon'

she hung up immediately I was confused what the hell was going on but I did as delilah said I quickly grabbed marinette before hearing a soft knock at the front door I raced downstairs seeing delilah blaire and another mysterious girl beside her they all ran in except the other girl I asked

'hey are you going to come in'

she stuttered whilst running upstairs

'y-yes y-yes I'm so sorry'

once we were all upstairs I shut my bedroom door all we had to do now was patiently wait for Peter and cole to arrive a few long minutes later I glanced out my window seeing peter as spiderman holding onto cole I quickly opened my bedroom window cole said once we were all in my bedroom

'that's all of us wait a minute who's that mysterious girl next to blaire'

we looked round at blaire to see the other girl glancing over her shoulder blaire explained quietly

'don't worry it's just my sister her name is siren after getting that call from delilah I texted her and she said she'll be able to help us defeat venom she is very friendly but really shy so please be kind to her'

I smiled before saying

'it's lovely to meet you siren I hope we get along well'

there was then a minute of silence cole then announced

'everyone thank you for coming here'
