"Violet, I'm not going to tell you again! Get up!" Raven slammed the door open in her usual attire, some old sweater and a pair of jeans, she was more awake than Violet was and could tell when Violet threw a pillow at her.

"Let me sleep, I'll miss the train for all I care," Violet muttered, putting a pillow over her head.
"And get yelled at by Ma? No, thank you! Come on, get up!" Raven protested, she left the room and shut the door, but not before turning on the light, making Violet groan.

Slowly, Violet and Raven take a bus to get there, but Raven somehow refuses to drive a car. Violet waved to her friends as she left, a more apologetic wave as she knew she purposefully refused to join them on their ride to the train.

Raven was carrying Violet's owl, Nellie, she was just a regular old tawny owl. Violet was meant to get a cat, but when she saw Nellie on that faithful day (and by that, she fell on the uneven floor of the shop and landed right in front of the bird), she took the owl right then and there and shocked pretty much her whole family.

"So, what class did you decide to take instead of loony Divination?" asked Raven turning to Violet. Nellie the Owl kept hooting in her cage and Raven covered her with her jacket when a muggle glared at her and Violet for the noise.

"I decided to take Ancient Runes, Ron and Harry weren't happy I left them alone in Divination." Violet chuckled, she remembered the letters she had gotten back, one from Ron, Harry wasn't allowed to send letters, he did at times, and this was one of those times. They had commented on the ultimate betrayal that she had given them for dropping Divination and taking Ancient Runes.

Raven and Violet blew into laughter, with Raven imagining how Harry and Ron's letters were when they found out Violet wasn't going to take Divination with them as the bus made its way to the next stop near the train station.
