Chapter 1: The New Era

I woke up in a bed, feel sleepy and feeling lazy to get up. I checked the time, it is 11:15 AM. Shit! I remembered it's Monday.

I've woke up late and didn't attend school. Oh men! I missed one day of class.

I walked down the dining room to eat breakfast. There's nothing in the kitchen, just utensils and bunch of tasty breads. I don't have butter for a spread so I dressed up and headed to a nearby store.

I'm now in a grocery store. It's so cold inside that I needed to wear a jacket. I searched for a spread to my bread. Gosh! There's no butter. Only mayonnaise is available. I have no choice but to buy this for my breakfast.

While walking home, my mind created illusions which made me confused. I remembered the days I was happy with May. She's been dead for about 2 years and I admit I miss her so much.

Then while thinking of that, my phone began to ring, and I checked who calls and it's from an unknown number. I got curious so I communicated the guy.

Conversation:

"Hello" is what I said to the unknown caller.

"Hey you! I'm a stalker so don't do anything wrong." From the unknown caller. I got surprised when he said that.

But I replied, asking, "Excuse me, who are you?"

The unknown caller responsed to my question, "Not important. I'm warning you. You didn't attend classes and I'll be messing with you!"

He is like messing me up or ruining my day. "Whoever you are, please stop fooling me!"

And I put down the phone because my anger might increase. For it not to happen, I just abolished the conversation.

I wondered who called me.... Was that a spy or a hacker? None of my business. I have more things to accomplish than nonsense things like this.

My phone rang again and I got irritated. I checked it but it is my friend, Joey by the way so I answered it.

Conversation:

"Hey bro!" My greetings.

And Joey said "It was a prank dude!"

I wondered, "Wah?"

Then Joey answered, "Yeah! We called you up and it's just a prank" (laughing)

I got surprised and like my senses shut down. "Oh? Seriously?

"We just wondered why you aren't in class today." Joey said.

"I woke up late, that's it!" I said.

"Oh jeeez! I'm quiet today, 'coz you aren't here. Bro, I'm comfortable talking to you, all day and all night." He said to me.

"You can visit me at my house anytime. By the way, call you back later. Bye!"

I walked going to my house, filled up my bread with mayonnaise and ate it in the dining table. I think I have a bad day.

After eating my late breakfast, I went to the living room to watch TV. I'm bored today, nothing to do. I planned on visiting May's grave to remember her again. I missed her so much.

After ten minutes of watching, I went to my closet at my room to check a good shirt to wear. I have brown pants and I checked myself in the mirror to see if I'm ok. I picked my phone and wallet and placed it to my small bag and went out. It is 1:20 PM so it's a bit hot.

Outside the gate of my house, luckily I found a taxi. I immediately got its attention so I can already ride.

I arrived at May's grave at 2:00 PM. I felt sad to see her grave again. I remembered the times that we were still so happy. I almost wanna die when she was killed infront of my face. If I could just wish to bring her back again to life, to bring her back and create a new era and more memories. If I could just bring back the past to remake the future.

I placed flowers on her grave and I gave her a message "I would never forget you. Thanks for everything".
