trigger warnings: lots of angst, show typical violence involving walkers.
A/N: just a lil warning that this is a really long chapter at nearly 4.5k words, it's very interesting and action packed but it is a long one!!

Alison stood on the porch, alone and unsure of what to do next. Part of her wanted to grab her car keys and try and chase after her sister, but she knew that was useless. Even if she left right then, there were so many different routes Lucy could have gone down and she knew she was too far behind to catch up.
Eventually, Alison wiped the tears from her face and headed inside where Maggie and Beth were. Ali's face dropped at the sight of the sister's standing side by side, while her sister was gone and she had no control over when she was coming back.
"Ali? Is everything alright? Where's Lucy? Is she still standing watch on the porch?" Maggie asked, unsure of why her best friend looked so upset.
Alison shook her head, a tear falling down her cheek "we had a fight and she drove off" Ali began "I don't know what to do" She spoke "I've gotta go out after her" She stated.
"Go after who?" Daryl spoke as he walked into the farmhouse with Glenn at his side.
Alison turned sharply to see Daryl and Glenn stood in the doorway, having just returned from their search for Randall.
"Lucy" Ali said, still shaken "We fought and she ran off, I need to go and find her" She reiterated, getting more urgent.
William walked from the living room with a confused expression, "She left and you just let her?" he said with a hint of anger in his tone.
"Are Rick and Shane back?" Daryl asked the group, looking at Ali, wanting to help her, but he knew things weren't as they seemed.
"No" Lori spoke abruptly, seeming to have little to no emotion towards the Swans.
"We heard a shot," Glenn spoke nervously.
"Maybe they found Randall," Lori spoke.
Alison's face dropped "Or maybe Randall shot Lucy, I have to go - right now" She said, attempting to move past Daryl.
"No, we found Randall" Daryl rebutted, gently putting his hand in front of Ali, locking eyes with her, as if telling her it's okay.
"Is he back in the shed?" Maggie chimed in, still standing next to Ali who needed her comfort.
"He's a walker," Daryl spoke.
"Did you find the walker who bit him?" Hershal spoke, being concerned about his farm and family.
"No, the weird thing is, he wasn't bit" Glenn said.
"His neck was broke" Daryl pointed out.
Alison was so zoned out, solely fixated on concern for her sister that the words being said around her just faded to background noise.
Ali tuned back in when she heard Lori ask Daryl to go back out and search for Rick and Shane, "What about Lucy?" She muttered, looking over at Lori with disgust that she would just forget about her sister like that.
"I know you're worried about your sister, honey, but you said she's in her car right? Shane and Rick aren't, they need help more than she does." Lori said, probably with best intentions.
Alison glared at her for a moment before deciding how best to respond. As angry as she was, Lori was still pregnant so she didn't want to lash out too much. "Fine" She spoke "Send Daryl out on your errand, I will go and find Lucy myself." Alison said, grabbing her quiver that was propped by the door as well as her bow which was next to it before storming out of the house.
