Logi and Firefreeze sat up in the medical nest watching Fire-cloud move back and forth outside the window. He was gathering supplies to build more homes across the island. Talia checked Logi over gently. Firefreeze was beside her, ensuring she was safe. The young girl had no idea what the growls and chortles meant, but as they weren't threatening, she relaxed a little. She thought back to when her life was good.

^Maybe this is a new star for me and Firefreeze^ She thought. ^Or this could end up like all the other inhabited places we've gone to.^

An iridescent terror flew up from the lower area of the tower. She had a bag hanging from her paws and dropped it at Logi's feet. She looked inside to find bread and meat. Logi had forgotten that she didn't eat that morning and tore into the food. While she was eating, a blonde girl with blue scales arrived in the tower. She growled at the terrors, who growled back and flew away.

"How are you feeling? Is the food alright?" She asked.

Mouth full, Logi only nodded in reply.

"Good, I do have a few questions for you. Firstly, if you are to stay here you must contribute. Do you have any skills?

Logi pondered what she could add to this tiny island, she looked at her saddle bag still attached to Firefreeze. Food in one hand, she grabbed it and set it in front of her. She reached in and grabbed the mangled sword.

"I'm not very good but, I want to be a blacksmith. Can you teach me?" Logi asked giving the girl the sword.

The blonde looked it over and responded, "I won't be able to but, maybe our queen can. He used to be a blacksmith's assistant before we left our birth island."

Logi brightened at the news, though she didn't smile. "How do you know what the dragons are saying?"

"As humans have a language, so to do the dragons. If you are to live here, you must learn their language too. Talia says your in perfect health so when you're ready, head down to the blacksmith. The queen should be there this time of day." The girl smiled at Logi and walked back down the tower.

As the sun reached it's peak Logi and Firefreeze mad their way out of the main building and toward the blacksmith shop. smoke billowed from the chimney as Queen Hiccup worked. King Toothless laid next to him, three precious bundles tucked safely away from the dangerous tools scattered about. He picked up his head as the two entered, bringing Hiccup out of his focused state.

"Glad to see you two roaming about, Astrid told me about what you wanted to do, Logi. If you would like, we can start now. I can teach you how to fix your sword."

Logi brightened at the thought of being able to fix her sword. Hiccup frowned at her. "I thought you would be happy at the news."

"I am, your highness." Logi responded, confused.

"Do you not smile?"

"I-I think I forgot how." Logi said, she looked down at the ground, unable to meet the queen's eyes.

Hiccup gently sat his hand on her shoulder and led her over to the forge. "Well then, let's see if you can remember."
