chapter 61.

Tubbo's pov*

I wake up covered in sweat and gasping for air. I sit up against the headboard and catch my breath. I look around me and Ranboo is sleeping peacefully on his back and with his arm on his forehead. I get up and used the restroom. After I'm done I walk downstairs and make a snack cereal. After I made it I sat on the couch and watched TV. (By the way it's like 4:00 AM in the story and the tv is kinda loud.) About 30-40 minutes later I heard footsteps coming downstairs slowly and hear someone groan. It kinda scared me but I knew it was Ranboo. "Hi boo. Did I wake you?" I asked. "Nah bee your ok." He said in a raspy voice. He sat beside me and took the bowl out of my hands and put it on the table in front of us. I leaned on him and he wrapped his arms around me. He played with my hair a little bit. "Why are you up at like 4:50 in the morning?" He asked me. I was hoping he wouldn't ask that but I should have seen it coming. "Uhh I-I had a nightmare..." I said quietly.. I know he wouldn't make fun of it but I found it stupid. Because it is. "I'm sorry.. What was it about?" He asked. "Uhh Aaron blackmailed me into dating him and when I told you about it you just left me. And so... I killed him.. And myself.." (Yes I am copying a little bit of @Alex4746's most recent chapter. So Alex if you read this I'm sorry 🥲.) I looked up at him and he was staring right back at me. His face was frozen with concern... And fear. He looked me in the eyes and let a single tear fall. I hugged him and buried my head in his chest. He wouldn't move or say anything. "I'm sorry.." I said sort of muffled. He quietly gasped I felt it. He put his hands on my face and lifted my head. "Please don't be sorry.. I'm sorry I was shocked and didn't know what to say." He said quietly. I pushed myself up a little bit and kissed him. He always kissed back but he didn't this time. "Are you ok?" I asked. "Yeah I'm fine why?" "I mean it's just whenever I kiss you, you always kiss back but you didn't this time.." I said trying not to sound needy. He didn't really say anything he just kissed me to make up for him not kissing me back I guess. "Hey.. I love you." I said. "I love you too bee." He said as he played with my hair.
We decided to try to go back to sleep again so we went upstairs and laid down. I rolled over and hugged Ranboo and placed my head on his chest as I slowly drifted to sleep.

Ok guys soo uhhm apparently the last chapter used all my motivation because I was planning on writing more I just kinda wrote this down in my story notebook at school as my social studies teacher gave a lecture on WWII. Soo yeah I guess that this will be a filler chapter. Don't expect to see another chapter until next week because I need time to think. But anyways I love you all and don't forget to take care of yourselves. BYEEEEE!!!
