Y/N's POV

"Butler."

I hear the command ringing through the ally, and immediately switches into the mindset i reserve for my killings. I watch Butler's legs tense and move him forward, covering the ally in one step, he reaches out a a hand to swipe at my head, his fingers clenched into a fist.

I react quickly, grabbing his arm and using his momentum to pull him forward as i sidestep, then i bring my elbow down onto the back of his elbow. I'm fast, but he matches me, bending his elbow out toward me so i couldn't break his bone, and trying to hit my face. I let him find his mark, knowing it wouldn't faze me, letting his force push me back. I clamp my teeth deep into his flesh and shake my head like a dog. He yells, and my back hits the wall, he tries to pull his arm away from me, but i hold on tight with my teeth, simultaneously whipping out my dagger, and stab under his arm at his side, a killing strike. It hits true, but a metallic bang echos around us.

A chest plate!

I let go of his arm and jump behind him, but he grabs me in midair on my shoulder, pulling me toward him. My stomach jumps in terror, and a wave of memories hit me, i feel the rough pull of his hand, the fingers scratched deep into my flesh, the grip unyielding. It hurts me, and i feel my bone dislocating.

Kill him.

He's hurting you.

Why can't you ever protect yourself.

You're so stupid for thinking you could beat him.

This is what you deserve.

Run.

I turn feral.

I lash out with my dagger, slashing a light line of red across his cheek with my good arm. He had jumped back in time. But the hand is still on my shoulder. I don't stop.

I grab the hand he has on my skin and scratch as hard as i can, my nails biting into his flesh, i push on some tendons and pressure points in his hand, forcing him to let go, then i turn and run, run as fast as i can, a hand grabs at my hair, but i throw my dagger at it, missing, but ending it's pursuit. While i run, i relocate my arm silently, not wanting them to know that they've hurt me. I get as far as the end of the ally.

Someone's there!

Before i can fully get out of the way, a ray of something hits me, i just had time to raise my forearms to block the blast from hitting my core body.

I'm laying on the ground, my head water level with the pavement, the edges of my vision blurring. The ground rumbles and two pairs of hurried, polished dress shoes - two significantly bigger - run over to me.

"Careful! she's still conscience."

"How?" A little female voice, a new one.

"I don't know, but that's not the point. Grab her! Before anyone sees!"

Two big hands grab my biceps, pulling me up. I shake my head, trying to clear it. I see Butler's face looming in front of me, trying to drag me back into the ally.

"Blast her again."

"I can't, it'll burn her"

"Knock her out"

"knock her out" No.

A fist once again tries to hit me in the head, but i dodge it, tilting my head to the side.

I struggle as hard as i can in his grip, of course he doesn't budge, but i use this as a distraction for my real attack. I jump up and place my right foot on his torso, propelling my other leg upwards, the heel of my left foot connects with Butler's throat, knocking his head up. He finally lets go, i fall to the ground.
