"So you're gonna go to that plane school?" Yukari said
"Yup! I'm gonna fly planes!" Carm said.
"Great! I'll get my stuff and..." Yukari started,
"Uh, but I thought you liked tanks over planes!" Carm said.
"I do! But I said that I would never let you go! So I'm going with!" Yukari said
"But I insist that you stay here! You'll be able to do whatever you want with tanks, and everyone speaks Japanese here!" Carm said.
"Besides, it's all a bunch of military guys that you wouldn't know and all. And it will be hot in the desert and there's no tanks for miles!" Carm then said.
"So you expect me to sit here and let you do all that completely alone?" Yukari said.
"Uh.... It's kinda.....
.....It's a me-only thing!" Carm said.
"I have enough for plane tickets!" Yukari said
"No-No, I'm the only one allowed on base, period! You'll be stopped if you try to enter." Carm said.
"B-But Carm-dono!" Yukari whimpered
"I know, I know. It's gonna be a while, but I need to go. I'll call you daily, but I'll be very busy probably operating planes." Carm said.
She got into a really tight hug all of a sudden.
Burying her face into his shirt.
"Oh, I'll miss you too, believe that." Carm said.
About two whole minutes passed.
"Okay, uh... I think that's enough." Carm said.
"No!" Yukari said
"Okay.... but.... I can't really breathe." Carm said.
"No! I'm staying! Period! They have to let me on base if I never let go!" Yukari said.
"Oh, we're using that logic, now are we?" Carm said.
Yukari didn't answer.
Carm's phone rang.
"Hello?" He answered.
........
"Uh huh,"
.....
"Be right there." Carm said.
He hung up.
"I gotta go now." Carm said.
"Okay then! I'll get my stuff!" Yukari said, in an almost sobbing voice.
"Hey listen, you're an absolute angel okay? But you can't go, Those big tough Navy guys will keep me safe.
I promise you, I'll come back!" Carm said.
Yukari finally let go, albeit slowly.
"Now go already! Before I change my mind!" Yukari said.
"Heh, okay! See you in a few days!" Carm said.
