A little while later....
Carm's apartment.
"Yep, she's here." Carm said into the phone.
He had called Yukari's parents, who had apparently thought that she was just roaming the ship, and not doing an intercontinental voyage.

"Yeah, she's fine" Carm said

Carm then hung up the phone.
Yukari hung her head, almost guiltily.
Carm breathed in and out through his nose.
He chuckled a little,
"How did you get here?" Carm said.
Yukari blinked.
"No seriously....." Carm said.
"Y-you're not mad?" She said.
"Not mad, just more intrigued then anything." Carm said.
This was followed by a few seconds of awkward silence.
"Sooo, you were gonna tell me how you got-" Carm started.
"Oh riiight! It went like this..." Yukari started.

A Day and a half earlier.....
Yukari tried to distract herself from the fact that her best friend just disappeared.
Would she ever see him again?
The whole schoolship felt so empty.....

"Yukari, sweetie, are you okay? You haven't touched your food...." Her mom said.
Yukari mumbled something.
"Could you speak up?"
"....How long has he been gone...." She mumbled in a low voice.
"About an hour now." Her mother said
She flew forwards
"An hour!" She shouted.
"Yes, now please eat your curry, it's getting cold." Her mother said, used to her sometimes spontaneous behavior.

Still no video calls yet.
And she was getting quite worried.
She checked her watch again.
Ten minutes passed since lunch.
Time was dragging on slower than waking Mako up in the morning.
