The bright silver shape of the P-51H taxied towards the runway.
The massive 2,200 Horsepower Packard Merlin Engine rumbling menacingly as he did so,
"Alright Cadet, can you hear me alright?" The mission controller said to Carm through his radio set.
"Roger, you're loud and clear." Carm said.
"You'll be paired up with Cadet Flint, Callsign Nightwatcher." The flight controller said.
"We have callsigns now?" Carm thought to himself.
"Stop on the edge of the runway, your partner will join you soon." The FC then said.
The P-51 almost slipped onto the runway.
Carm stopped the plane abruptly,
*ouf!
Shoving his head forwards with the immediate loss of speed.
"Gotta get used to to that..." he grunted to himself.
Just then, a second plane showed up.
A Dark, Navy blue F8F Bearcat pulled up right next to his Mustang

The F8F Bearcat is an upgraded version of the Venerable F6F Hellcat,
The version being used was the F8F-2 equipped with quad 20mm cannons and a more powerful engine.

Carm saw the F8F pilot's head turn,
Is this my partner?" He said,
"Affirmative Nightwatcher." The FC said.

What's your callsign?" Nightwatcher asked.
