Quinn
Six months later
The trip to Bora Bora was a dream come true. Every moment was perfection. I finally got to have both of my guys fill me at the same time, and we made sure to do that over and over again before flying back home. Home. It was so strange to say it like that; I hadn't felt that real sense of home in a very, very long time. Now though, home was wherever they were.
Once we were back at home, we got back into our routines as usual. It was another great weekend with my friends and my guys. Sunday night, Wade and Grant grilled up a feast for us all. Mr. Asher, Wade's Father, was even coming over.
"I'm nervous," I admitted to Carrie as I fluttered around the kitchen. She and Natalia were seated at the island, munching on the fruit and cheese tray I'd just placed out.
"Mr. Asher isn't that scary; you should be comfortable with him by now." She rolled her eyes with a laugh. "Hell, half the time, I just call him Jonathan."
"This is different; he's coming into the home, seeing us as a ..."
"Throuple?" Natalia raised a teasing brow.
Before I could say anything else, there was a knock at the door. I patted down myself, though I was wearing some denim shorts and a t-shirt. Summer was winding down, so this was probably one of our last barbecues and outdoor dining events. I padded across the house and quickly opened the door. I was a little surprised to see how casual he was. Mr. Asher was quite handsome; if Wade aged the way his Father had, I'd be one lucky lady.
"Mr. Asher." He smiled as I greeted him, holding the door wide and motioning him inside.
"Good evening, Quinn. Please, Jonathan is fine." His eyes sparkled as he spoke, holding up a bottle of wine. "I brought this."
"Thank you, that's so kind. Come in, come in!"
Carrie and Natalia greeted him immediately as I put the wine on the counter. I offered him a drink or appetizer. He was so casual in his blue polo and dark-wash jeans. He took a beer, and I showed him out to the deck where the guys were.
"Jonathan." Grant greeted him, giving him a handshake and half hug.
"Nice evening, guys, thanks for having me." I could tell Jonathan was a little awkward, but Wade happily greeted him. I was so happy that they were working on their relationship. It was slow going, but it had definitely improved from when I first arrived.
I left them to talk and returned to the kitchen to finish up the sides. The ladies and I chatted, and the guys talked out back. It was the most normal, lovely afternoon. My face was hurting from smiling so much, and I couldn't think of a time I'd been happier. Carrie and Natalia made their way outside while I finished setting the table. Wade came in, wrapping his arms around my waist.
"Thank you for doing all this work. It looks great." He nibbled at my ear. "I love you." I would never tire of hearing those words. I turned in his arms and wrapped mine around his neck, pushing my lips to his. We kissed softly for a moment before he gave my ass a quick swat. "Dinner is about ready." He grabbed a tray and headed back out just as Grant came in.
"Food is done." He told Wade as they passed. He immediately came straight to me, picking me up with a laugh. "Hey, hot stuff." He kissed my neck as he wrapped my legs around his waist. I couldn't help but giggle.
The others started coming into the house, and I suddenly felt self-conscious. Jonathan glanced in our direction before heading toward the island. Wade shook his head with a smile. "Come on, you two, time to eat." Jonathan looked up, watching our reaction. I could tell he was still confused about our relationship. I moved down from Grant's arms and got back to serving up the dinner.
