Ch.29 Creepypasta can get sick?

Ch.29

Slendy and everyone sat around the table. it was time to decide what to do to get Ben back. From what Reth told us it was nearly impossible to get into the Hunter's base but there was a opening near the back with few Hunters that lead near the prison cells. At least Reth thinks that's were Ben's being held captive.

The plan was simple enough. Go in and go out. The only thing I'm worried about is what they did to Ben. It's been so long since we saw him.

Next week was going to be the day.

I laid in my bed and heard a knock on the door. Jane and Anna came in all smiles. Jane jumped on my bed and Anna sat on the floor next to the bed. Jane smiled "We thought you could use a girl talk". I laughed "Yeah that sounds great". Anna smirked "who's that cute guy Darren". I smiled "Ben 's friend. A fox spirit". Jane squealed "Give us all the juicy details, girl".

I told them everything from when I left to when I came back leaving out the Jeff part. They teased me about my eyes too and they were actually normal this time. Weird huh.

We all passed out after story telling, talking about boys and pillow fighting. Well let's just say Anna knocked Jane out with a pillow. I didn't even know that was possible.

The next day I woke up with a headache and saw Jane and Anna asleep on my bed. I quietly walked out and went to the kitchen and found Slendy in his apron making chicken noodle soup. I smiled "Hey Slendy what's the soup for?". He turned around "Somehow Jeff managed to get sick. I don't know how but he did". I gave him a soft smile and feeling oh so guilty. I might have the been the reason why but that's not possible. Yet I still felt like it was my fault.

I suggested I help give him the soup. He nodded and handed me a bowl and went off.

I carefully walked up the stairs and nearly spilled the bowl. I saw Jimmy playing with Eric and Ruby when he smiled at me "Hey what are you doing?". I patted his head "Jeff's sick and I need to give him this soup". He nodded "Tell him to get better so you can find your friend". I smiled and continued on my way.

I knocked on Jeff's door and heard some coughing and a raspy voice "Come in". I opened the door and man what I say was not pretty.

-Jeff POV-

Ugh those weeks of not eating and sleeping finally caught up to me. I only got sick one time before and it was horrible. Slendy said he'd make me some soup.

Man this week sucked so bad. First I lose my best friend to Hunters. Second I'm losing the love of my life to a fox. Third I got fucking sick. Damn life stop sucking so much.

I heard a knock on my door and couched a little and called them in. Damn it sounded like I haven't spoken in years.

To my surprise Jade came walking in with a bowl of soup. She smiled "Slendy said to give this to you". I nodded my head "Thanks". She handed me the bowl and a spoon.

I raised an eyebrow at her and threw the spoon away and just gulped down the whole bowl. She laughed and sat on the edge of my bed "Ew how do you do that?". I smiled and pointed to my face "Eh bigger mouth". She smirked "Yeah I know". I glared at her playfully.

After a few minutes of talking with her i smiled up at her "Your eyes are still beautiful as ever". She blushed slightly "Jeff I know what you're doing and I'm not ready to go back to what we had. I need time so for now can we just be friends?". I looked down a little disappointed but than looked up with a new found hope "I'll wait for as long as it takes. I promise".

She patted my head and laughed "I know Jeff. I know but there's going to be a war soon and I don't want to drag everyone into it". I took her hand "That doesn't matter. I WILL protect you, so will everyone else".

She smiled softly at me "First get better than we have to get Ben back. Now rest and go to sleep". I smirked "Hey no stealing my line". She giggled and pulled the blanket onto me and left.

When the door shut I couldn't stop smiling. I had a chance a small one but its hopeful. With that in mind I fell into a peaceful sleep.

-Jade POV-

I couldn't stop smiling when I closed Jeff's door. He still cares was all that kept playing in my head. I walked to my room and say Anna and Jane where gone.

Darren looked into my room and smirked "You seem happy". I nodded "Just a good day I guess". He walked in and sat on my bed "Jade I have to tell you something". I nodded "Anything". He took in a deep breath "Ican'tbeinarelationshipwithyou". I tilted my head in confusion "What do you mean?". He looked into my eyes "My mate. They're close and they're in pain. I need your help to save them". I scratched the back of my head "Mate?". He chuckled "It's like a soulmate. Specific Fallen have them like werewolves almost". I nodded and laughed a little "So that's the end of us huh?". He smiled and kissed my forehead "I'll always love you just not in that way and plus I can tell you already have someone else". I laughed loudly this time "You figured it out but I still need time to you know forgive and forget". He nodded "Of course and I know the battle ahead and I will protect you no matter what lays ahead". He walks off down the hall and chuckle to myself 'I know. It is kinda your job to'.
