Ch.12

(Jade POV)

I was so shocked. I never would have thought the house would be that big and fancy. It had to stairs up to the door two on both sides.

Slendy dropped us and our stuff off and went to go park somewhere. I was still stunned Mary had to drag me inside. We walked in and saw it looked just as beautiful inside. It was so weird. To the left was the living room and to the right a dinning room and if you keep walking a stair case with red carpeting lead up stairs. Mary walked up and smiled "Boys left girls right. That's easy". When you walked to the top there was a huge window so you can see the backyard and then you turn and went up more stairs that lead to a hall with a lot of doors. Mary lead me to a room with the number 159 on the door. She smiled and handed me a key with the same number on a tag "Here you go. Come downstairs when your all settled in". Then she walked off somewhere.

I stared at the door for a minute or two then I put the key in and turned the door nob. I gasped a little. It was amazing. A bathroom to the right and a big closet to your right. I walked in a little farther. It was like a hotel room I saw in a picture one time. The bed was a queen sized to my left and a dresser with a flatscreen on it. Wow Mary was one rich bitch hehe. There was a window at the back wall. It was a slide door which went out to a normal sized balcony. I set my stuff on the bed and went out onto the balcony breathing in fresh air.

We were in that van forever. I did have my scythe with me too so I felt safe just a little. I looked at the other balconies and saw some had plants but no one was outside. I looked left then right and shrugged. Then I heard a vocie "Look a new girl". I turned around and saw a girl's face really close to me. I jumped back a little and the girl laughed "Jumpy now aren't we?". I didn't answer her. The balconies were only a few feet away from each other so that's how she scared the shit out of me. She smiled "I'm Jane. Jane the Killer to be exact". I looked at her more closely. She was wearing a baggy short sleave shirt and jeans. She had pich black eyes and hair. She had pale white skin and black lips. I nodded "I'm Jade. Umm don't you hate Jeff?". She shook her head "No. We're friends. Humans just started that because they are just stupid. I was like hello get your facts straight". I giggled at that. I smiled "I'll be downstairs when I get down unpacking". She grinned "I can help?". I nodded "Thanks. Come right over".

In a minute or too Jane came over and she helped me unpack some stuff amd we talked. People were really wrong about Jane. She was acually really nice and ahe didn't want to kill anyone. Well except humans but yeah yeah killer I know. She was still nice though.

She picked up Soul Stealer "Wow nice weapon but I prefer knives".

I nodded "I need training". She squealed "I can do it. I'LL TEACH YOU EVERYTHING!". I covered my ear she was screaming it "Okay okay. Calm down". She was jumping up and down like a child "I'm sorry. It's just been such a long time since a new person came". I got curious "How old are you? You immortal?". She shook her head "No but all Fallen can live like three times as long as humans. I'm really just 18 like Jeff you?". I shrugged "I'm 17 going to be 18 in a couple of months". She nodded "I'll be downstairs bye". I watched her leave and then strapped my scythe to my back and opened my door. I peeked out my head and looked left and then right.

When I knew it was safe I walked out and locked my door and put the key in my pocket. When I turned around there was Jane right in my face. I let out a surprised gasp and jumped backwards and my back hit the door. She smiled "Hi hi. Let's goooo". She grabbed my arm and ran downstairs. Damn this girl can run.
