(Jade POV)

I woke up early the next morning and went downstairs. Everyone was still asleep. Must have been a killing last night. I was surprised to see Ruby and Eric in the kitchen.

Ruby looked at me and smiled "Good morning". I nodded "Morning. So why you guys up so early". Eric shrugged "The others never let us go out for killing and always makes us go to bed early. It's so annoying". I laughed and grabbed an apple. Ruby pouted "We're 13. I wanna go out for once". Eric chuckled "Mary is so overly protective". Ruby huffed and I smiled "You guys are pretty skilled. I'm sure you would do fine out". Ruby laughed "Finally someone who thinks so". I ruffled her hair "You'll get there". Eric smiled "Hey, Jade, are you going killer?". Silence fell. I sighed "I'm only training because of the White Kinghts". Ruby nodded "Maybe we can help you. You know give you a head start". I smiled at her "That'd be great".

For 5 hours we trained. Mostly defence but many did those kids know how to fight.

Ruby smirked "Tired?". I gasped for breath "A-are y-you kidding m-me. I-I'm dieing o-over here". Eric laughed "Oh come on. You got to do better then that". I rolled my eyes "I-I'm g-going inside. See you guys later". Ruby nodded "Okay bye".

I grabbed a water bottle and drank it until it was completely empty. Ben came downstairs "Hey gurly". I smiled "Hey Ben. What's up?". Ben shrugged and in the family room "The sky. What else would be 'up'?". I rolled my eyes "Hey have you noticed Jeff's been a bit distant?". Ben smirked but shrugged me off. He started watching tv and completely ignored me. I glared at him and went outside.

I walked into the woods. I know what your thinking. Oh but Jade that's a bad idea. It's okay I have Soul Stealer. I want to see what else it can do. It can't be just for swinging around right? Yeah so here I am testing it out on trees.

I put it near the tree and then a blue aura like essence came from the tree and into the blue orbs on my scythe. I stared at it "Not bad". I winged and cut into another tree and it fell in one swoop. I stayed focused and it turned into a so much bigger scythe and changed to a various shapes of color.

(Me: If you ever saw Soul Eater then you get the picture)

(Jeff: Like Kishen Hunter. That was so badass)

(Me: You got it)

It was surprisingly light. I swung it fast and cut through like 20 trees and some other trees were damaged. I squealed "Oh so cool". I heard a laugh from a tree. I looked over "Who's there?". A figure stepped out and smirked "Thought you could run, huh? Little Jade". I stepped back "Reth". He nodded "Oh good you remember my name". I snarled "What do you want?". He shrugged "Nothing....just looking for something". I crossed my arms "Uhhhh". He put his hands up in surender "Fine I'm here to.....ummm collect". I glared at him "Collect what?". He smirked "Oh you'll find out, little Jade. Just wait and see. Well see you later darlin".

I ran forward to strike but he disappeared so fast. I didn't even see where he went.

I turned around and found Slendy standing there. I flinched but then looked up at him "Jeez warn me next time". He looked down at me "Sorry, so I see Reth was here?". I nodded "He said he was here to 'collect' something". Slendy nodded "Interesting. Let's head back". I nodded and followed him.

When we got back Slendy told me to go to my room. I wonder why?

(Jeff POV)

Slendy went to look for Jade and then came back calling a meeting. Jade went to her room and we all gathered in the dinning room. Slendy stood and looked at all of us "I called this meeting to talk about Jade...... Reth was in the forest". Mumbles and whispers started to fill the room. I was shocked. Why was he here? Did he do something to Jade? Slendy yelled "Calm down. Okay now it has come to us that Reth is here to 'collect' which I suspect is Jade". I growled lowly so no one could hear but that made me very angry. How dare him to even think that! Slendy sighed "And it's hard to say but I think Jade should go back.....to where she came from".

My heart just stopped and my brain exploded. J-Jade's leaving? NO NO NO No no t-this isn't happening. I need her. We need her. Damn it all.

Everyone looked taken back. Mary called "But she just got here". Anna nodded "We are here to protect her and the others". Jane cried "You can't take her away". Everyone else nodded in agreement. Slendy shrugged "I will wait but if this gets out of hand then.....we send her away". I glared at him and stomped out of the room.

I know it's childish but I don't wanna lose Jade and I think......she's starting to.....like me. Damn those Hunters. I might lose her because of them.
