"Ely, I'll be leaving."
There are no customers as of the moment so she is sitting in one of the tables. I sat beside her. She's quite not in the mood than she usually does.
"Hey, what's wrong?" I asked sincerely.
She forced a smile, it's not so her. "Nothing. I just miss Mateo. He's been a good friend, you know." I can see in her eyes the pain that she's trying to hold.
"I heard what happened—"
"You did?!" she reacts.
"He was fired, right?"
"Yes..." she whispered. It's also a warning for me too lower my voice because Brienne might listen. "Although I understand Ser Brienne for doing that."
"Why would he fire him?"
Her face became clueless, "I thought you heard?"
"Just the fire part."
"Shit" she cussed, "Oh, I'm sorry."
"It's fine, it's a normal thing."
"Do you wanna take out dinner?" her smile suddenly flashed again. It's so obvious that she really loves her job.
"Ummm..." I check my wristwatch, it's only 7pm. "Make it two, please."

I really love the aroma after the rain. Also hearing the raindrops that was left on the trees and roofs. The cold breeze is alive but I can barely feel it because of Brienne's jacket that makes me feel so warm.
I was curious when I saw someone infront of our gate. It was a man...screaming and very wet. Seems like he was here for a long time now.
"Larissa! Larissa, get out of there! Talk to me!" I slowly walked to figure out the man's face.
It's Principal Thompson.
"Larissa! Please, I'm begging you! Talk to me!"
He noticed that I was coming closer to he stopped screaming.
"I know you.." he said, "You're the new girl in Sapienta." Wow, he knew me that quick.
"Principal Thompson, what are you doing here?" I asked.
"I'm looking for Lari—" his attention was focused on my jacket, "Where'd you get that jacket?" he asked all of a sudden.
"It was from a friend."
I took a few seconds before he talked again. "Do you live here? With her?"
"I'm her tenant." I answered honestly.
The rain suddenly fell again.
I unlocked the gate, "Do you wanna come in? The rain's really bad as of now." I offered him to come in which he gladly accepted because he followed me while I was running inside.
"Fuck" he cussed while removing his jacket.
"Umm, come with me upstairs. I'll make you a hot drink."
