That one bottle said was a bluff as I was expecting it. This is our 5th bottle and we weren't able to do what we're about to do. For instance, I wasn't able to get the money that my Uncle sent me. But no regrets, I'm having a fun time with Brienne. This wholesome bond is something that I cannot really experience mostly.
"I'm telling you, my alcohol tolerance is very very weak. I'm more of a wine person." Brienne whispered to me in a breathy way. It's obvious that the alcohol is already doing its job.
I held his face and I start to gently caress it, "Look at you, you're blushing because of the alcohol. Why do you have to bring a drink then if you're not really into beers?" I asked him.
"You said you wan't to do it with me then why would I deprive it from you?" He glanced at me using his sleepy eyes of him. "Why are you so beautiful, Aya?" he asked me seriously.
"Stop!" I giggled and then I placed my index finger on his lips. "You know what, let's go home. You were the one who reminded me that I have a class tomorrow. Thank you for saying that though, coz I never had a chance to attend a proper class this week." Considering all the dilemmas that I faced. Damn. "You know this week was soooo exhausting, there are a lot of things happened unexpectedly. Starting from that day when I forgot my keys on my bags and I fucking slept on the floor. My back pain killed me and then I also broke our apartment rules. And then remember the bastards? You saved my ass in there, Ser Brienne. I hate those guys. And then the next day, I knew that my landlord is also my Principal. I was in detention for a very very long time. And then, Ms. Weems and I—We talked. Yes, talk. And that's just all—" I was interrupted when I heard some heavy breathings. I glanced at him, he was already asleep? "Now look at that heavenly face."
I was about to get up but then he held my hand, "Where are you going?" he asks.
"I'm calling Ely, you need to get home. You're drunk."
He gently grabbed my arm, "Stay with me, please. Just 5 more minutes." he pleaded. "I—I have a confesion to make." His eyes were blinking more than normally. It's so cute, I'm gonna cry.
I cackled.
"Baby girl, I'm serious."
I felt my heart made a 360 jump. I wanted to jump—nor sure if it's anxiety or merriment.
"Well, what kind of confession do you wish to make, Sir Brienne?" I gave him a genuine smile. He stared at me seriously which made my smile fade.
"I...what if—" I keep nodding while waiting for him to complete his sentence, "I'm throwing up." he immediately ran to the bathroom. I followed him and assisted him inside.
"Please, let me help you." I insisted but he shuts the door. "Brienne, are you okay? I mean, obviously not. But...Ummm... you want anything? What can I do for you—Jesus, I'm calling Ely." I walked, "Hang in there!" I said loudly for him to be able to hear.
I went to the counter and I saw Ely writing something on a notebook. There were only around 5 customers at the moment. I took a glimpse from outside and I saw that it's close to dusk.
"Ely, Brienne's throwing up in the bathroom. He drank a lot, what am I gonna do?" I asked her.
"Go home." she says, "You need to, you have an early class, right? I'm going to take care of him."
I swallowed a big lump on my throat, "You sure? Maybe you'll need help—"
"I'm sure, Aya. Just go home." she advices.
