Morticia quickly went to Ely, hugged her tightly to comfort her. Everyone went beside her in shock because of what Lady Mir said. Ely's sobs become louder which made them out of sorts too, but they need to be strong for her. All of them were used to Lady Mir and how she delivers her statements yet this one is really different. Very contrasting that they all become silent at some point.

"Honey, come here." Morticia opened her arms, initiating an embrace.

"Dearest, you know Lady Mir when she's mad. I'm sure she's just out of control but you know that she's just joking around. You didn't fail, that's not true." Abby said while she walks back and forth infront of Ely and Morticia.

"Abby, you're not helping. Can you for once just stop protecting and understanding that old lady?" Morticia complained irritatingly.

On the other hand, Larissa was like frozen on her position. She's trying to calm herself down. What just happened literally made her furious and she's been controlling herself since then.

"You won't fail." Larissa says when she was able to calm herself, "I'll make sure of that."

"She said it. . I failed." The poor young lady said, trying to accept her fate.

"You won't, because I said so." Larissa assured.

"Larissa, you should go talk to Lady Mir."Abby suggested which made all of them glance at her in disbelief.

"I won't talk to her. With that pride of hers, she'll take it as if I'm begging...and I don't want to look desperate. Not infront of her, never. Enid, if I say you won't fail, then you won't. Just trust me, dear, alright?" she heave a deep breathe.

"Yeah, Enid. Trust your mommy." Morticia teased to at least ease the tension.

"Oh, shut up." Larissa rolled her eyes, "Let us all rest first and deal with everything tomorrow."

Carol went beside Larissa, "I think that might not be a good idea. Eventhough I already fixed the suspecting issue towards you, we still need to look for the person who is behind Walter's death." she suggested.

"Right. They can't just blame Larissa." Morticia rambles.

"Hang on, you haven't told me that you solved that problem. I thought you were gonna go back at Waterloo?"

"I did Morticia's task instead."

"May I speak with you outside?"

Carol nods and then both of them left the room. When they got out, they made sure first that no one else is in the hallway where they are standing. The hallways was pretty quiet since it's already late.
