I went back to our booth and I saw Ely and Florence together. They are painting the booth stand so I sauntered on the way to their place. I know Florence and I have a beef that I don't even remember how it started, but I feel like I need to thank her for what she did to me. I know that Greg and her are friends yet she still stood up for me and I appreciate that. I just know that she doesn't like me at all so I'm kind of feeling weird because of her sudden kind gestures. I am not complaining though, I like living my life with no hate. I just hope that she stops being a bitch sometimes cause she was. She made me madly jealous because she was chosen by Larissa during the painting activity.
"Hi, Aya! Florence asked me to help with the painting! Since I'm done with my shift, I considered helping!" she exclaimed when she went towards me, "Although, I heard what happened. Are you okay?"
"Yes, I am now okay. Thanks to Florence too." We both glanced at her and she noticed. She gave us a bitchy look so Ely and I both laugh. This is my first time laughing because of Florence's look. I usually get annoyed easily.
"That's good to know. I also heard what happened during the prom night, I'm really sorry that you had to experience that..."
"It's fine now. Principal Weems helped me during that night." A painful smile flashed through my face when I remembered how traumatic that night was but Larissa chose to stay with me.
"Oh, thank goodness! That Greg is such a beast! If I was there, I would knock him off on my mind!" she bravely said.
"On your mind?" I asked curiously.
"Because I can't manage to kill....yet." she says. I can't even tell is she's serious because of her giggles but I'm sure she's not.
"Silly, it's because you don't have to!" I chuckled at her.
"I can't kill but I can punish." Ely playfully smirked, "By the way, Ser Brienne is back."
My eyes widened, "Really?"
"Yes! And Ser Brienne told me that sh—I mean, he wants to meet you!" she said excitingly but I was just staring at her, completely overwhelmed. "Do you want condoms?" she asked with a wink.
"What?!" I hysterically asked.
"Anyway, you wanna hang out in the cafeteria later?"
"Ummm....would I see him?"
Ely pouted her lips as if she was thinking, "Maybe? Maybe not? Depends on the mood that she wants." she murmured.
"What? I'm sorry?" I asked since I didn't her hear properly.
"Nothing! I was just talking to myself...." she said while looking down, intertwining her both hands together. She was shy.
"You're so weird in a cute way." I giggled which made her giggle too.
"Can Florence join us?" she asked all of a sudden before facing her, "Florence, we'll hang out in the cafeteria later! You down?"
I looked away when she glanced at us, I got bashful. I know I wanted to say thank you but I think I'll just do it later.
She walked towards us and then she crossed her arms, "I can. But does she wants me in?" she glanced at me. "We kinda hate each other." she made Ely aware since I guess she wasn't.
Ely gave me a pleading face. "Actually..." I sighed because I cannot let out the words that I wanted to say. Florence was about to walk out but I was able to speak again, "Actually, I-I wanted to say thank you for protecting me earlier."
