[aliyah's pov]
I woke up because of someone's touch on my shoulder. I slowly opened my eyes and I saw Larissa standing infront of me. I wiped my eyes to confirm if it's her and it's really her.
"Am I dreaming?"
She smiled at me and then she sat on my bed, "No, my love." she starts to fondle my shoulder. "Can I snuggle in?" she asked.
"Yes" I responded. She lift up my comforter and then she entered my warm area. She opened her arms and then I briefly burried my face on her chest. "Are you okay?" I asked her as I faced up so I can see her reaction. She also stared at me and then she suddenly pecked a kiss. "I was asking if you're okay and you kissed me. Silly, Larissa..." I shook my head and then I buried my face again on her chest to hide my smile because of what she did.
"I am now okay. As long as I'm with you, I will be okay." she murmured. I did not respond, I just tightened my grip on her. I sensed that her heartbeat is beating fast and her breathing is quite faster than the usual.
"Why would they kill him?" I suddenly asked to break the silence.
"I don't know." she answered weakly. She moved down to face me, "Do you love me?" I unconsciously unlocked our embrace when she asked me that all of a sudden. Recently, I've just been thinking about when she doesn't respond to my I love you's and it's quite hurting me in a way. Or maybe I'm just reallt dramatic.
"Of course, I do." I answered confidently.
"Then you should wait for me no matter what..." she whispered so quietly so I didn't hear it clearly.
"I'm sorry, what?"
"I just asked if you love me"
"I do. If you only know." I intertwined our hands and then I kissed the back of her hand.
"Then prove me." She said in a serious tone. I held her chin and then I kissed her. She didn't wait any longer to respond in my kiss until she stops for awhile, "Kiss me in a way that it's like this last time that you'll be able to kiss me."
"Why? Are you going to leave me?"
"No, darling. I won't leave you." she assured me. "I need you in my life..." she whispered before hugging me. My head is under her chin and I can feel tears are dropping on my hair.
"W-What about me?" I tried my best to gather all my confidence to ask her. "Do you love me, Larissa?" I asked. The only time that she said I love you to me was in my dream. It's not even real. I know that she is assuring me but I also want to hear it straightly from her.
"You have no idea." I sighed when I heard her response. All I want to hear is that 3 words and then I'm good. Why is she making me feel that it's so hard to say it? I want to communicate with her about that but I know that this is not the right time.
"You tired?" I asked her.
"Why so?" her brow raised.
"I wanna make love to you..." I said seriously.
"You really want to? Because we don't have to if—"
