I wake up the next morning and stretch my arms.  I wipe my eyes and try to force my eyes open.  I slowly get out of the bed and throw my clothes on.  I freshen up in the bathroom and make my way downstairs.  I see Briaunna and Brima eating breakfast at the table, without me.

"How come you guys always have the breakfast without me!?" I yell out.

"Oh, Kiruh!  You were sleep so I just told Brima to make breakfast for just us."

"Come on... it's like you're trying to avoid me eating her food..."

"Well they say once a man has eaten the woman's food they could fall in love... and I don't want that going down in my house."

I blush heavily when she says that and look the other way.  Briaunna just looks at me with a confused face.

"Well um... if you'll excuse us... Brima and I have somewhere to go" I say with my head still turned.

"Oh, training with Genji again?" she replies blankly.

"You knew!?" I shout.

"Of course I did."

"How did you even know it was Genji!?"

"I have a past with that guy, let's just leave it at that."

Brima stands up, and passes her plate over to Briaunna.  "You can have the rest of that... i'll just be leaving now" she says politely.  As she walks over to me I say "Instead of giving that to me, you give it to her..." with a disappointed face.

"Sorry... I just want to hurry up.  I want to see you progress further" Brima replies with a smile.

I chuckle politely and we walk out of the door.  I pull up my holo-watch and call Genji when we are outside.

"Yes, yes, Kiruh, that you boy?"

"Uh... yeah.  I wanna continue that training we never finished."

"Ah yeah, right, the training.  Training to draw out your fire element and complete shining mode... yes.  I'll be there immediately."

Out of nowhere Genji literally just pops up in our face.  "Let's hurry up and get this show on the road."  Genji reaches his arms out to Brima and I and we quickly appear up in the sky again.  Only this time it isn't near a house, it's in some huge field, with nothing but grass.

"So what are we going to do today, old man?"

"Hmm... I still think drawing out your fire element would be rather tiresome to do.  But, the shining bomb can actually aid towards that.  It's similar in ways.  In order to use the shining bomb, you have to draw beta from your shining hemisphere and create it as if you were doing a beta ball.  It's like trying to use beta that doesn't exist.  Normally to enter shining mode, you just use three layers of beta from your left hemisphere.  But the shining bomb requires you to use beta from the shining hemisphere... that is similar to drawing fire from your bottom hemisphere.  If you can master this, you can surely master using fire."

"So in other words we're learning how to use the shining bomb... you could've of just said that..."

"I've gotta explain things, i'm an old man!"

"Got that right..." I reply with a smug face.

Genji ignores what I say and quickly enters his own shining mode state.  "I'll give you a small example of what this technique would look like.  Remember, this is just a small example.  I don't want to completely obliterate this field.  I'll just give this attack about 10% power."

Genji raises his sword and very bright baseball sized ball appears from the very top.  The ball is covered with transparent beta that moves around like fire.  "This is what the shining bomb looks like.  Notice how it glows even brighter than shining mode.  If it were at full power, it would be the size of a dodge ball."
