Wait... You're Gay!?

The morning came a little too early for her, she woke up groggy and with her head pounding against her own skull. Groaning, she got up and started to walk to the kitchen when Maria stopped her. She looked unimpressed while sipping her coffee.

"Seems like you had a fun night." Maria started.

Sylvia rubbed the side of her face trying to adjust her squinted eyes. "Um, yea I guess." She spoke in a raspy voice while opening the drawers for some food and medicine.

Maria sighed, "Hurry up, Tommy needs you in the stables. Dina and Jesse are doing patrol this morning." She decided not to get into her drinking and just went upstairs to her room. Sylvia wanted to protest but quickly closed the drawers and went to get ready.

While walking to the stables she had met with Jesse. Sylvia was awkwardly standing next to him, thankfully he spoke up. "Hey, how are you feeling this morning?"

She couldn't hold it in anymore and doubled over laughing. "Don't be like that, it was just the heat of the moment and didn't mean anything." She sighed contently wiping her tears from her eyes.

"Oh, Thank God! I was so worried I would have to break your little heart." He rested his arm on her shoulder giving her a smirk.

"Oh my god, you're so full of yourself." She chuckled while shoving him off of her.

They both made it to the stable and found Dina there. Sylvia waved to her and received a smile and a wave back. Jesse went up to her and they started to get their horses ready. Sylvia turns to the gate doors to the taller much older Tommy.
Tommy saw Sylvia coming and quickly made his way to her with an unreadable emotion written on his face.

"Um, hey Tommy." She spoke nervously, worrying if he knew what happened.

"Sylvia..." he said monotoned.

She gulped, "You're grounded." Was all he said as he turned back around and left her slack jawed and confused on what happened.

"Wait. What! Why?!... I did nothing wrong!" Tommy kept walking as she followed close behind.

"And you can't ground me! I'm 19 and not you're goddamn kid." That stopped him in his tracks, he turned around to yell in retort but instead,
"Just go home, I'll talk to you later." She held her ground as Tommy leaned into her face telling her sternly, trying to intimidate her.

"Ugh!" turning around Sylvia marched back into the stable and out into the streets of Jackson.

"Ugh, who in the fucking hell does that guy think he is! He isn't my dad, and I don't have to listen to a word that fucker says!" she kept telling herself while marching through the streets. Her mind so busy with talking to herself she didn't realise where she was going and raising her head up, she was faced with a door. Ellie's door.

After the initial shock she's made it all the way here she bangs on her doors and heard a low grumble. "She must have been sleeping." Sylvia thought. A groggy looking Ellie opened to door, rubbing her eyes.

"What are you doing here so early." Sylvia lightly shoved Ellie out of the way and made her way inside.

"How dare he tell me I'm grounded!" Sylvia yells as she turns around to Ellie who yawned and shut her door.

"Why would he ground you?" Sylvia groans and falls back onto Ellie's messy bed.

"Cuz I was drinking...."

"You sure it ain't for the other thing?" Ellie smirked leading to what happened with Jesse.

"Ugh, eww no. It was nothing and it meant nothing." Sylvia sat back up and looked at Ellie, with a somber expression.
