I Found You

Sylvia's consciousness was mostly unwanted, as waking up all she heard was a buzzing and a high-pitched noise ringing around her head and ears.

"Ugh.. fuck me.." Sylvia groans as she lifts her head up, squinting then shutting her eyes tightly because of the beaming light from above.

As Sylvia's hearing returns she can distinguish two voices seemingly arguing outside the door.
"Manny! She was defending yourself! Is that such a crime!?" A female voice bickered.

"That 'thing' killed a whole squad Abby, a whole squad!"

"That girl is Sylvia and I know her! We grew up together, I know her. She only kills in self-defence."

After Sylvia hears what Abby had said about her outside the door to the room she's in, she scoffs,

"Yea.. not anymore..." Sylvia mumbles.

Apparently the scoff was heard by the two and the man presumed as Manny busted into the room slamming his hands against Sylvia's shoulders earning a hiss.

"Manny, enough." Abby grips Manny's left arm.

"I'm not gonna ask you again. Did you come alone." He stares at Sylvia, his face inches away from hers.

Sylvia kept her cold stare and simply replied with a,

"Yes, I came here myself."

"Manny, I said that's enough she didn't do anything we wouldn't do in her situation." Abby retorts, finished with the actions Manny is giving to her childhood friend.

Manny stared deeply into Sylvia's trying to find some sort of lie she was telling. But Sylvia didn't need them to know she was just with someone that wanted to kill someone on their team/gang.
Manny groaned, not finding anything to lead him to thinking that Sylvia is lying. Manny pushed Sylvia back which causes her to fall back landing onto the tied-up hands.

"AUGH, you fucking bitch!" Sylvia curses from the floor.

Abby quickly jumps into action, lifting Sylvia up and cutting off the zip ties locking her wrists together. Once Sylvia was untied she stands almost instantly and jumps onto Abby smothering her in a bear hug.

"I really thought you died." Sylvia whispers to Abby. She returns the hug, even stronger.

"Me too, how's Catherine and Adam... how are your parents?" Abby asks a little too excited. But is only met with a somber expression that grew onto Sylvia's face. Abby who connected the dots said,

"Oh... I'm so sorry..."

"It's alright now Abby, don't apologize." Abby nods in response and changed the subject to something happier.

"You won't believe how relieved we are when we found you."

"We?" Sylvia replies peeling herself off of Abby, still having her arms around Abby's neck.

"Yeah!" Abby chuckles.

"Owen was ecstatic when I told him you're alive!"

"Owen's here too!?" Sylvia fully jumps off of the muscular women, her face displaying excitement and shock.

As if on que the doors behind the two busted open and Owen stood there, eyes wide and breathing heavily,

"Oh my god you're actually here!" Owen yelled, catching both of their attentions.

"Owen!" It was now Sylvia's turn to call out, tears brimmed her eyes as she flung herself onto Owen, now holding him in a death grip. Which Owen gladly return.
