Johnathan stood behind Beth, a hand on her lower back as the group stood in front of Gregory. "No! No way in hell." Gregory spoke harshly. "That was not the deal. You people swore you could take the saviors out, and you failed."
"Uh, technically," Johnathan spoke up. "We did what you said and killed all of them at that outpost. So, no, we didn't fail."
Gregory ignored Johnathan as he continued to speak. "So any arrangement we had is now done--null and void. We aren't trade partners, we aren't friends, and we never met. Hmm, we don't know each other. I owe you nothing."
Johnathan scoffed, grabbing the radio from his hip. He raised it to his mouth and pressed the button. "Hey, Negan, I have a question for you." Johnathan let go of the button. "Now, whats that about owing us nothing?"
"Oh, please, thats not Negan." Gregory spoke, staring Johnathan down.
"Yeah, what's up kid?" Negan's voice came through the radio.
"Do you know a, uh, Gregory?" Johnathan questioned.
It was silent for a moment before Negan's voice came through again. "The old guy that runs hilltop? Yeah, I know him. Did he do something to you? Do you need to use Lucille?"
"No, not yet, I'll call you back if I do." Johnathan told him.
"Ok, kid." Negan spoke. Johnathan let go of the button, putting the radio back on his hip.
"Food--or I call Negan and Lucille back." Johnathan threatned.
Gregory had given them a few crates of food, and now the group was in a place called the kingdom. "Jesus!" A man exclaimed as they walked into an old theater. Johnathan's eyes widened at the sight of a tiger sitting beside a man on a throne. "It pleases me to see you, old friend."
"It pleases him, indeed!" A bigger man on a stool beside the throne exclaimed.
"Jerry." King Ezekiel warned. "Tell me, what news do you bring good King Ezekiel?"
