"This is new." Owen said while staring at her glasses. "What's new?" The girl replied back. "You didn't had any glasses before." Owen noticed. "Silly, I had these glasses on for two months already. You just haven't been paying attention to them. Come on, you're going to be late for English class today." The girl told him as she turned around and went for the classroom. Owen looked at the locker. He felt that there was something weird going on. The hallway to his left ends with the doors to the nearest stairwell and six classrooms were next to the stairwell. Owen closed the locker and reset the combination lock. He decided to bring his stuff with him. Then he realized that he would need the binder if he were going to class today. Owen quickly opened the locker again. It was a bit confusing to use a combination lock that had numbers on it that went in a counter clockwise fashion.

Owen got the binder and took it, and his backpack to class. He arrived at his first class of the day. Owen went to his desk. He put his backpack hanging on the top of the chair. Owen put the binder from the locker on the desk. He noticed that something was bit off from this classroom. There was a paper sign hanging from every person's desk. Owen made his when he was first starting off the school year. The sign showed off each of the students personal interests. The sign that hanged around Owen desk made him think that the picture hanging on his desk was not his. He remembered that his sign had different kinds of balls used in different school sports were drawn on the picture. There was a basketball, a soccer ball, a baseball, a volleyball, and a picture of a ball used in volleyball. The picture instead showed off a hockey stick, a golf club, and a football uniform. There were also two phrases on the picture that Owen remembered that he didn't put on the picture. The two phrases were "I will crush you!" and "It's good to be bad and mean!". There was a sinister smiling face on the bottom right corner of the picture. "We have a few announcements for you today." The principal announced as he spoke on the intercom. Owen noticed something off with the teacher. He did recognized him as the English teacher. The signature at the bottom of the picture resembled his handwriting. There was the sound of the school intercom going off. The school principal started to talk about the first announcement. The teacher of English class seemed a little bit terrifying to Owen. This was also unusual as he usually wears formal like clothes whenever he comes to class. Instead, he was wearing vest and a black T-shirt. The teacher was also wearing some jeans that were shredded halfway. The students sitting nearby his desk could see the bottom of his legs as the parts of the shredded pants just swayed back and forth as the teacher moved.

The principal read the first announcement as Owen examined the teacher while standing. "We are happy to announce that we're going to be having a "Good to be Bad" party coming at the end of March. We will talk more about it in the coming week." Owen wondered what that party is. There was no such thing as a "Good to be Bad" party. He hadn't heard about it at his school. Owen thought that maybe the party might have something to do with villains as a theme. "Also, a school bully was caught thanks to a student's hidden video camera." The principal continued on the intercom. "The student will be given a chance to punish the bully in a way that he or she chooses." All of the students in the classroom except Owen started to grin. Owen felt a little shocked on the inside. He usually has heard stories from the internet about bullies getting creatively punished thanks to their parents. He knew that bullies would get into trouble with the principal. And that the principal alone would punish him or her. Never has Owen heard about the chance to punish a bully by the school. "The final announcement of the day is, that you can now throw eggs at the bullies' house." When the students heard this, they all cheered. "You won't get into any trouble. The bullies' parents and perhaps the bully himself will clean it up. And remember students...". Before the principal could finish. The students all said the same thing in unison with the person speaking on the intercom. "It's always good to be bad." The students from the class spoke with a cheerful sounding voice. Owen didn't repeat the words. Something was a bit eerie with the students for some reason. "Students, you may be seated." The teacher said. Owen got in front of the chair and behind his desk and sat down. The teacher went over to where Owen was sitting. This made the preteen nervous. The teacher was giving him a feeling of the creeps. "Owen, you did not say the words "It's good to be bad". Is there something wrong?" the teacher asked him. "Sure, there's something wrong here." Owen said to himself in his mind. He wanted to tell the teacher on how egging somebody's house and how letting a student punish somebody else seems a little bit wrong. The teacher was making him dreadful by the minute.

"I sort of had a bad dream last night. And I'm trying to shake it away from my head ever since the time I left the house today." Owen told the teacher. One the teacher's eyebrows twitched. Owen was starting to think that the teacher wouldn't believe the lie he told. "Well then, in that case Owen. You might be able to shake off that nightmare when you're going to be learning something new in this English course." With that said the teacher went towards the smart board. He was about to write something on the board. Then the intercom blared off again. Owen listened as the secretary had something to announce. "The punishment for the bully has been chosen. The live stream video will show us." The voice of the secretary announced. The teacher put down the marker used for writing on the board. He then went to his email. The teacher opened the recent email that was sent to him. It was a link. He clicked on the link. Owen watched as there was a video was on. The video showed a community pool. The camera showed as ten alligators were put into that pool. There were people wearing bathing suits watching the video. They seem to be smiling by looking at the ferocious predators. The camera turned to the left. It showed an eighth grader wearing a bathing suit being pushed towards the pool by three lifeguards. Owen recognized him as somebody who was bullying a few students. He remembered that he heard that the kid was suspended, for two weeks. The eighth grader wailed and pleaded to the lifeguards. "Please, I'm sorry that I've been a bully. I'll make it up to the victim. I'll even help out the school if I must. You could even put me in detention." He said with tears falling down his eyes. "No way, you've been a bad kid." One of the lifeguards spoke as she picked up his legs. The screaming eighth grader was carried near the pool's edge. The alligators swam in the pool. The diving board was widened. Two more diving boards were set side by side next to the existing diving board. The kid even cried even more. There was a set of stairs set up so that the lifeguards can climb up to them without having to climb the ladder while carrying the eighth grader at the same time. The lifeguards were three quarters away from the diving board.

The boy pleaded with the lifeguards. Saying how he can make up for his actions. The lifeguards didn't listen. They simply went to the stairs next to the diving boards. There was some alligators were underneath the surface of the water. While the others were swimming with the upper halves of their bodies sticking out on the surface of the water. The kid closed his eyes and began to yell and scream. The lifeguards paid no attention to him. There was a man who showed up on the camera screen. He was wearing another lifeguard uniform. He explained that the alligators will have a lot of fun with this bully. The man explained it in a whisper. Two more people holding cameras were stationed on both sides of the diving board. "Please no! Let me go! I won't be a bully again!" The eighth grader pleaded as he continued to scream. The lifeguards carrying him slowly climbed the stairs. The camera immediately swerved, and it was positioned in the area that was away from the diving board. The cameraman followed the lifeguards as they carried the eighth grader to the edge of the diving board. The lifeguards stopped once they were afoot away from the edge of the diving board that was over the pool's deep end. "Please, don't do this! I will never pick on anybody again!" The eighth grader screamed. "You have been a very bad boy." One of the lifeguards said as she readied to throw him into the pool. There was a lady holding a microphone. She entered the cameraman's view as he filmed the lifeguards about to throw the boy into the pool. There was the sound of somebody shouting through a speaker. The person holding the microphone asked if the bully had anything to say before he was going to be thrown in the pool. "I'm very sorry. I have been a very bad boy. Even though at my school, the principal said it's good to be bad. I will never be that kind of person again." Owen found it horrible to keep watching the livestream. He felt like closing his eyes. Owen did felt that there was something wrong with this school. He felt that it was cruel to be punishing a boy like this. The lady holding the microphone backed away. The lifeguards waited until she was off the diving board. Then the lifeguards started to slowly swayback and forth. Almost as if they were going to throw the eighth grader into the water. The students and even in the teacher started to widen their smiles. They felt that the boy has gotten the punishment that he deserved. Owen couldn't watch it anymore. Then, the boy was thrown into the deep end.
