I've been drawing a lot recently and I wanted to have a little spot where I could post it. I draw mostly my own characters, and would love for you to peruse aha.

This character is based off of montipora coral. Specifically montipora capricornis because I think it looks pretty lol

Just some little sketches to get a rough idea of what he looks like.
He's not a major character within my story but he does pop up a lot whenever the scene takes place in Uruk, the capital.
He's married to Acropora, the Empress of the reef, and basically manages Uruk and all the citizens within whilst his wife runs the rest of the reef.
I wanna play around with his outfit a little bit more but this is basically the vibe we're going for with him lol
Monti is like five foot three and Acropora is a good nine feet tall so the size different is pretty amusing. He's a lively and humerus character which I think will serve as a nice foil for Acropora's solemn seriousness.
