That's a Moray (A Moray)
Do you guys ever have like that one character that you have a very specific design for in your mind but you've never been bothered to draw? To be fair this guy has been in my wips for a while eheh
Idk why but they way the shading on this guy makes him look so shiny, and reminds me of silk a little bit; I just find this personally very satisfying to look at in a weird way.
I mean it was only a matter of time before I made a moray eel character, I hope I did them justice.
