At five-thirty that evening Jisoo got out of her car and adjusted her tie before walking up the front walk of the Park house. She fiddled with her tie once more before knocking on the door. She saw the police cruiser outside, and knew that the sheriff was home for the night. She knew she should have asked if Rosé wanted to go out for dinner with her tonight since things had been progressing quite nicely lately, but she wanted to surprise her. Jisoo hoped it was a good surprise and that Rosé wouldn't turn her down. A little bit after she knocked on the door, Sheriff Park answered it with a polite smile on her face.

"Kim Jisoo, what can I do for you?" She asked.

"Is Rosé here?" Jisoo asked and she nodded.

"Yes, she is. Just a moment. Would you like to step inside?" She asked. Jisoo nodded and stepped through the open door as Sheriff Park went off in search of her daughter. A couple of minutes Rosé emerged dressed in jeans and a pink blouse.

"Jisoo what are you doing here, and why are you so dressed up?" She asked Jisoo surprised to see her standing in front of her in her house.

"I came by to ask if you would like to join me for dinner?" Jisoo asked her hopefully.

"Well I have no other plans tonight, so why not." She answered grinning.

"Not that you don't look beautiful as it is, but you should dress up a little bit. I booked us a nice table at that French restaurant you've been talking about all week." Jisoo told her and she squealed excitedly.

"How?" She asked her blue eyes wide and excited.

"My dad is friends with the owners. It was quite easy to get us a table for the evening." Jisoo said brushing it aside like it was nothing.

"What should I wear?" She asked smiling at her.

"Whatever you like. You'll look beautiful no matter what." Jisoo said.

"Alright, I won't be long. Make yourself at home." Rosé said and Jisoo went to sit down on the couch as Rosé practically skipped down the hall to her room.

"So you're dating my daughter?" Sheriff Park asked when she came out of the kitchen.

"We haven't identified it yet. I really like her and I finally feel like she's starting to like me too. Lisa and Jennie would like nothing more than for us to be together." Jisoo told her.

"So how is Jennie doing anyways? Rosie doesn't really talk to me much. She's in the mindset that talking to your mom and dad about your friends personal lives is not cool." The sheriff said.

"She's doing fine. She beat the hell out of Kim Hanbin today at school. It was great. I wouldn't know much about the actual pregnancy but it seems like shes doing well." Jisoo told her as much as she could.

"Why did she beat up Hanbin?" She asked curiously.

"He was apparently running his mouth about something that offended her. Believe me when I say that he most definitely deserved it." Jisoo promised.

"He probably did. I have known Jennie Kim since she was playing in the sandbox with Rosie. There is no way she would beat the hell out of some guy for no reason." Claire said nodding her head.

"Yeah. So what time do I have to have Rosé home by?" Jisoo asked.

"Her curfew is eleven. Don't make her late. So when did all of this happen between the two of you?" Claire asked.
