  Laura

It was the beginning of February, and the weather was cold, but luckily today wasn't as cold as it has been the last few days. I couldn't wait until it started warming up in the coming months of spring, but other than the weather I couldn't complain about my life. My days have been really great lately, and that has mostly to do with my new living situation with Ross. Recently we have gotten into a new routine in the mornings since he started playing hockey again. Each morning now he will wake up early and go to practice-which lasted for the better part of the day- then go to class later in the afternoons before coming home to me, sweaty and tired but always with a smile on his face. I still can't fathom how he is able to do all that and still have the energy to make love to me in the evenings. Almost every evening. Sometimes even more than once. Where he gets all this stamina to do all that is beyond me, but I'm not complaining. I actually really enjoy it.

I smile as I remembered our time together this morning.

Memory begins....

I woke up at six am, like I do every morning, and quickly took a shower before brushing my teeth and hair and then walked back into the bedroom to wake Ross up. He was going to be late for practice if I didn't so, I walked up to the bed and looked down with amusement at the tiny bit of gold hair poking out from under the covers. I lean down and pull the duvet off a little, revealing his peaceful sleeping face. His lips were parted slightly, his lip ring glinting in the light and his hair is messy as usual. I smile down at him. He looks so handsome even in his state of deep sleep.

"Ross." I say in a soft voice, gently shaking his shoulder.

"Mmmm," was all I got in reply.

"Wake up Ross. You have practice in an hour; you're going to be late." I repeat, raising my voice a little.

This time there is no response from him at all, so I start to shake him harder, completely unaware of the fact that his hand was creeping out from under the covers. I remain oblivious to Ross's mischievous plan until something grabs my arm that I am using to support myself on. I yelp as I land on my back on the mattress. I open my eyes to see a very naked Ross hovering over top me.

"Good morning my princess." Ross says in a low voice with a seductive smile playing across his lips.

I smiled at the nickname he calls me and I close my eyes as Ross leans down and kisses me softly on the lips. He then deepens the kiss as his hands roam my body. He became a little annoyed at the towel I am wearing that's covering the major parts of my body he's trying to see and get to. He releases my lips and proceeds to plant kisses down my neck. I moan when he slips one hand under the towel and glides it upward to my breasts.

"Ross." I gasp, trying not to get caught up in his touch but I can't seem to help myself. I never can when it comes to Ross.

"Ross, we can't. We're going to be late." I try to push him away but the difference in our size and weight works to his advantage, rendering me unable to break free from under him.

"Ross, I'm serious. We need to leave." I push him a bit harder this time.

He sighs against my skin and shifts his weight up to look down at me. His loving, adoring smile makes my heart melt and makes me smile in return. He brings his hand up to my face and rubs his thumb against my bottom lip. His smile slowly slips away as he stares down at me. He stares so long it starts to worry me.

"Are you happy, Laura?" He asks unexpectedly.

"I am Ross." I answer without hesitation. "There is no place I rather be then here next to you. You've made me happier than I've ever been, than I ever thought I could be."
