I was right. That day was the longest but the best day of my life. It was now Tuesday morning and we needed to be at the meeting by 10am.. in 2 hours. Plus we needed at least an hour to get ready so it was definitely going to be a longer morning than yesterday.

"Baby, come on.." I grunted. Kid was, yet again, not wanting to wake up while laying right on top of me, his head was in my chest while his arms were tightly wrapped around my waist.

"Kiddddddd!" I yelled, he groaned and rolled over to my side.

I slid off his bed with a yawn then turned off our loud ass alarms. "It's too early. Come back, sweatheart." He demanded in his sleepy voice, I was thinking about it but remembered Killer and didn't wanna deal with him.

"No, come on. I gotta get Lina in here. Go to Killers room." I huffed, he grumbled and rolled off the bed but somehow landed on his feet then went into the bathroom.

I took out my hair from its ponytail and somewhat brushed it out. I slid on my slippers to go get the dresses. I went to the door and on queue, someone knocked. Kid came out of the bathroom, he did not look excited one bit. I opened the door to be met with a sleepy Lina and an also grumpy Killer.

"I gotta grab the bags.. oh." I stopped when I saw them in Lina's hands. I pulled her inside then went to go get Kid out of the closet. "I'm going." He groaned and came out of the closet with a bag of his own.

I kissed him then literally kicked him out. "We need coffee." I sighed, Lina nodded in agreement while taking out our dresses and heels out of the bags.

"Still look brand new!" She yelled, a little more awake now, I smiled and grabbed mine.

"It feels like a makeover!" I also was waking up and was starting to get excited. She nodded in agreement and went into the bathroom with me following right behind.

"Okay so.. I may or may not have snuck these in for us." I smirked as I opened the bottom drawers and pulled out a straightener and a curler.

"Augh, you're a life saver!" Lina said happily and took the straightener while I grabbed the curler.

We started getting ready as fast but also gentle as possible since we didn't wanna ruin our dresses. I smiled at myself then looked at my dress.

"You think Kid would like it..?" I asked subconsciously.

Lina giggled and turned to me. "Of course he will. Since when did you care if someone liked you or not?" She teased as she grabbed her own dress.

"Shut it.. since we asking questions, where have you been sleeping recently?" I teased right back.

She blushed.

"In Killers room.. but we didn't do anything!" She yelled defensively, I chuckled.

"Never said you did.. just tell me if you guys kiss! Keep me updated." I smirked, she rolled her eyes but her face told me all I needed to know. "You guys almost did huh." I smirked wider, her face was as red as my dress.

"No! W-Well not yet-" I couldn't help but squeal. "Yet!?" She pushed my smirking self away and started to put on her dress. I followed her lead and put on my own.

"You do have jewelry.. right?" Lina asked a little worried.

"Mhm! I got pearls for the both of us. This is literally my other home." I chuckled as I ran over to the closet with Lina right behind me.

I put on some pearls while she put some on as well, I gave her earrings then put my own on. We went back into the bathroom to make sure it was on and looked good. I slid on my gloves and smiled.
