It was another day in Metropolis, as Aura Guardian, the Superhero Girls, and Team Sonic were fighting an alien sea star named Starro.
Aura Guardian: [blasting Aura] Man, this really takes you back, doesn't it, Sonic?
Sonic: Sure does, Ashy Boy!
Aura Guardian: At least we don't have to fight this thing in the water!
Sonic: Yeah! I shoulda taken those swimming lessons!
Supergirl: Ha! Seriously?! You can't swim?!
Sonic: I never learned okay! I'm only good at speed!
Aura Guardian: The Tornado's lasers ready yet, Tails?
Tails: Almost!
Aura Guardian: Alright! [to Zatanna] You ready for our combo, Zatanna?
Zatanna: Always, Aura Guardian!
Aura Guardian and Zatanna: [combining powers] Aura Sphere of Magic!
They launched their combo move at Starro!
Starro: [roars in pain]
Aura Guardian: Let's finish it off, together!
Soon, they grabbed all 5 of his arms, with Batgirl using a rope, Supergirl using her strength, Green Lantern creating a pair of shackles, Zatanna using her magic, and Wonder Woman using her lasso.
Aura Guardian: Pikachu, help out using Electroweb!
Pikachu: [Electroweb move] PIKA PIKA PIKA PIKA PIKA PIKA PIKA PIKA PIKA PIKA PIKA PIKA CHU-PIKA!
Starro: [roars in pain]
Wonder Woman: Excellent job, Aura Guardian!
Aura Guardian: Thanks! Electric types have an advantage over water! That Electroweb should hold that overgrown sea star!
Wonder Woman: The days of terrorizing this planet with your evil schemes are over, Starro. After a long and perilous quest, Bumblebee has located the Hatorei crystals!
Aura Guardian: [eyes sparkle] So cool!
Sonic: The who-did-the-what-now?
Green Lantern (Jessica): Just some powerful crystal that can help defeat this monster!
Sonic: I see! Then let's do it to it!
Wonder Woman: Once these crystals are joined, we shall have the power to send you back to the dimension from whence-
That's when Batgirl's phone started ringing!
Batgirl: Oops. Hang on. Sorry, gotta take this.
Amy: Seriously?! Can't it wait?!
Tails: Batgirl, c'mon!
Batgirl: Sorry! I'll be really quick!
Aura Guardian: [groans]
[beeps]
Batgirl: Hello? Nah, I can totally talk now. Harleen. It's been for-evs!
[muffled speaking on phone]
Batgirl: Guess where you are? Hmm... I don't know, Gotham Prison? Gotham Comics. No, Gotham Prison. Because I Kill All The Police Officers With The Hammer. Oh My God Harleen. Did You Kill All The Police Officers With The Hammer? Yes I Did.
[grunting]
Batgirl: [gasps] You're in Metropolis? [gasps] You moved here? [gasps] You'll see me in school tomorrow? [gasps] I've never gasped so much in my life. Oh, Harls, this is the best news since ever. I can't wait to see you.
