Today in Metropolis, Ash, Raye, and Serena were walking to the recreation center.
Ash: Man, this sure does bring back memories!
Pikachu: [agreeing] PIKACHU!
Serena (Pokémon): Sure does, Ashy!

Raye: [hugs his arm] It sure is nice to have you take us here on our date, Ashy! [teasing] Besides, you've been slacking off lately!
Ash: [pouts] What do you mean I'm slacking off?!
Raye: [teasing] I think you've gained a little weight since the last time I saw you!
Ash: [pouts] I am not!
Raye: [giggles] I'm just teasing you, Ashy!
Ash: Uh, yeah! I knew that!
Raye: [giggles]
Ash: I'll give you something to laugh about [tickles Raye on her sides]!
Raye: [laughs] Ash Ketchum, you are so gonna get it later! [laughs harder]
Ash: [continues tickling her] Just say "uncle" and I'll stop!
Pikachu: PIKA PIKA!
Raye: [laughing] Uncle! Uncle!
Then Ash stopped.
Raye: [panting] [sighs]
Ash: [giggles]
Serena: [wraps her arms around his neck] You're just too cheeky sometimes, Ashy!
Ash: [giggles] Yeah, I know!
Pikachu: [snickering] PIKA PI!
Raye: [cuddles Pikachu] And you are still too cute!
Pikachu: [coos] CHA!
Raye: [giggles]
When they entered the recreation center, they seemed to be watching Diana fence with an opponent.
Diana: En garde! [dueling] Ha ha! Excellent work, Nathaniel!
Nathaniel: Are you kidding? I lasted two seconds.
Diana: Yes! And that is twice as long as last time! Does anyone desire a rematch?
Boy: [gulps] [zooms off]
Raye: Wusses!
Nathaniel: Sorry, Diana, I think we're all done losing for the day. I assume you're staying to train, even though you just beat the entire Metropolis Fencing Club?
Diana: You assume correctly.
Nathaniel: [chuckles] Turn out the lights when you're done.
Ash: Hi, Diana!
Pikachu: [greeting] PIKA PIKA!
Serena: Hi, Diana!
Delphox: FOX!
Pancham: CHAM!
Sylveon: VEON!
Raye: Hey, Diana!
Diana: Oh! Greetings, everyone!
Ash: I never knew you were that good at fencing!
Diana: Thanks! How do you think I'm good with my sword in battle?
Ash: [chuckles] Good point!
Pancham: [fooling with rapier] PAN PAN! CHAM CHAM! PAN!
Serena: Pancham! What are you doing?
