Not many weeks passed since that fateful meeting before once again, the pro heroes were summoned by Slade to UA, and while this time the Vanquisher stated that for the majority of the heroes this summon was not mandatory for many, it was, however, imperative for the Top 10 to show up. Nonetheless, those who were able to, quickly clear their schedules to attend, for the very Top of the country would not summon you for no reason.

And here they were, on a Sunday afternoon, walking along the Yuei Staff through one of the many fake cities that the college had built for training, under the merciless summer Heat.

"I know I am an alumnus... But even then UA's capacity and budget to create such facilities is straight-up ridiculous. Just how the hell Nezu can afford all of this" Edgeshot muttered, shocked by how well made all buildings were.

"For sure, I remember back in our time the fake cities were just concrete and steel support buildings..." Best Jeanist also concurred as a sense of nostalgia invaded him.

"Well for starters, not even we know where the majority of it comes from. All we know is that a great percentage of it comes from Government subsidies and Sponsors, which generally cover all material costs, while the tuition fees from the students cover their own dorm expenses and class costs... in total that should cover two-thirds..." Khan explained, before shuddering "There is also the fact that with Cementoss here, we can save up the majority of the construction costs... As for the other third... We believe it comes straight out of the Principal pocket"

A collective shiver runs up through everyone's spines.

Just like Izuku with his inhuman body and martial prowess, Nezu with his High Specs quirk was also of its kind oddity, considered one of the very first mammals aside from humans to bear a quirk, and one that boosted intelligence to the boot, after the lab which experimented on him was closed (and after that mysteriously razed to the ground), the future dean of UA remained under the wraps of the government, before he, per his own words "grew sickened of boredom" and decided to escape and make his debut to the entire world by stealing billions of dollars from funds of illicit organizations, both from the government as major criminal empires across the world, and then proceed to spread havoc across the net by literally dumping thousands of classified files and random data, which forced the entire shutdown of the internet for an entire week.

Many would later be thankful that one of the very first perspectives Nezu had of the outside world was a video of All Might while he was operating in America, which set him on his heroic career, first as an investigator, later to Pro Hero, culminating with his ascension as Yuei Dean. Even the most veteran heroes would shudder thinking what path Nezu would walk if he found the Dark Net first.

"Let's... let's us not continue this conversation" Mic shuddered, briefly remembering his first interview with Nezu.

The amount of alcohol he swallowed after that...

Everyone agreed, as for a brief moment, they swore they heard a sinister laughing from the distance before it was overshadowed by the sound of rubble crushing on the ground.

Years of experience and training instantly overtook every one of them as they rushed to the point of origin where the cacophony of sounds was heard, but instead of a catastrophe or a warzone, they were greeted with quite the sight.

Three individuals were seen mid-air, with two of them attempting to engage the other with different levels of success.

Upon closer look, many widened their eyes as they recognized who they were.

On one side there was the Izuku Midoriya, the combat teacher decided this time to change his more formal wear to dark green military slacks and a black short-sleeved undershirt, along with a pair of combat boots.
