Wednesday.

Day two of the whole month-long plan for Aria to 'repay' for all the inconveniences she's caused the school and her teachers, despite being an absolute pleasure to have in class. She can't believe it's only the second day of this poorly crafted scheme, considering it's felt like weeks since she first started.

Of course Principal Rebecca, or Becky as the students call her, stands outside Aria's class to make sure the girl doesn't flake out. And obviously, Michael turns to walk towards the library to wait out the hour.

"Aria, great! Please follow me," Becky says, turning around to walk down the halls. "With our mock UN and our sports teams leaving for the tournament in the first week of October, along with community day on Friday. We're all busy trying to get things in order."

"So, what do I have to do today?" Aria asks, considering on Monday she spent most of her hour sitting in the library doing fuck all. It wasn't bad, but she doesn't actually want to work.

"Well, Dr. Moore needs some help setting up logistical stuff for the MUN." The woman explains, "We have boxes of MUN hoodies in storage, and the admin team this year has been quite confused on their assignments."

Of course the admin team has found a way to screw up the easiest job. Lyla and Ashley are head of admin and there's a bunch of freshmen who signed up for the admin position. Aria doesn't know how they could possibly mess up, all they have to do is print out name cards and set up pretty notebooks.

"They're little slip ups, but Dr. Moore will explain it all to you." She says, "He's in his office right now, but I'm sure you'll be spending most of your time in the library."

Aria isn't sure why she has to be the one fixing the mess when the admin team can fix their shit during next week's meeting, it's not like they do much either way. She would know, she was part of admin in her freshman year.

"If I remember correctly, you were part of admin in freshman year, right?" Rebecca asks, probably trying to keep some type of two-sided conversation.

"I was, yeah." Aria replies, trailing behind the woman.

She follows the principal towards the ground floor of the school and to Dr. Moore's office. His little nook near the office, no one knows why he has an office when he spends most of his time in the library – and his own space – but no one cares enough to ask.

Luke is already there, awkwardly standing outside the door – where he'd been told to wait – with earphones in as he tries to look cool and not like a complete loser as people walk past. The vice principal wouldn't explain a thing to him, but he really hopes he could ditch and hang out with Calum in the locker rooms again.

Rebecca walks towards the door, knocking, before opening up a crack and peeking her head through. "Dr. Moore, Luke and Aria are here for you." She says, letting the door push open wider, "And they are happy to be of service."

"Oh, that's great, come in guys." He says, and Rebecca takes that as an excuse to leave – she's probably got a meeting to go to.

Aria is the first to step into the office, then Luke. Unlike the blond, she's not scared or frightened by the man, Moore is her extended essay supervisor and the only one who encouraged her to do a 'risky' topic that isn't traditionally academic. In Aria's eyes, he's just a literature nerd, hence the doctorate.

"Did you guys get a general rundown or do I have to tell you?" He asks, shutting his laptop along with the million tabs he's got open.

"I wasn't given specific details." Aria replies.

"Oh, okay well the admin responsible for the Disarmament Committee has lost the tame tags for all the delegates, and the Security Council team completely messed up the format." Moore explains, "And there are a bunch of MUN hoodies in storage that we need to get out and count, because we're going to be selling those."
