Monday afternoon and it seems like they've gone in full circle. The two have done everything they could have possibly done, and now they're back to taking photos for the yearbook. Except, this time, Aria hasn't stormed off, and Luke doesn't need to try and be civil.

Because, for once, they're choosing to do this together.

Walking around the school with their cameras to take photos of the upcoming basketball team, service groups, and miscellaneous clubs that are currently running. Though, at the moment, both of them are absentmindedly walking through the empty halls with cameras hanging off their necks.

"You know, I listened to some of those songs." Luke hums, breaking the comfortable silence between them. He won't tell her, but he listened to them the second he got home. Queued them all, listened to each song two times to get a good reading.

He came to one conclusion.

Her music taste is a hell of a lot different from what he remembers. Then again, the Aria he remembers only listened to two artists exclusively, One Direction and Taylor Swift. She had attached onto a sort of teen pop, and now, it's like she listens to more of a... evolved branch of that genre.

It's all so very... teenage girl of her. If anything, listening to those songs had him thinking she was some kind of popular antagonist in some high school film, you all know the kind, shallow, mean, treats everyone as if they're less than. Or at least like the best friend that's completely awful.

Funny really.

People say that a person can tell a lot about someone based on their music taste. Going off that logic, Luke could easily assume Aria is a shallow, know-it-all bitch, who doesn't appreciate real music, and a month ago he would have said that proudly with his chest.

Except now, he's seeing it differently.

"Oh yeah?" Aria questions, feeling a smile pull at the ends of her lips, "And?"

"I really like that one song, Back to Life." Luke reveals, "I fuck with it, more than I do with the others. Although, I will admit, I underestimated Carly Rae Jepsen – who knew there was more to her discography?"

"I've been saying!" She exclaims, "And I listened to your songs... like half, because hello I know the basics; Paramore, Green Day, All Time Low, Good Charlotte. As I said, I have a diverse music taste, unlike you."

"I have a diverse taste in music!" Luke says, "I just don't go into the pop category."

"Why? Because you're better than us mainstream wannabes?" She teases, using the same remarks she uses on Michael on the daily. It's not like she's targeting his music taste, she's shaming him out of the culture. Besides, the way she sees it, if people can hate on pop she can do the same.

"What? No, no, it's not that." He says, "It's more of a... general thing, like I'm just not a big fan." He struggles to find the right words, the last thing he needs is to get trapped into one of Aria's questions.

"You'll grow up one day," she hums. "But I do have to say, I can't trash you too much. Having Paramore in your list is a sign of good taste to me, the rest... quite generic if you ask me." She teases.

"Yeah, yeah, shut up." The blond lightly shoves the girl away from him, never in a million years did he think he'd actually be walking the halls with Aria, let alone have a conversation with her about songs they've shared. "How about we actually take some photos?"

Aria nods, playing with the buttons on the camera, "We probably should." She agrees, holding up her camera and taking a quick photo of Luke off guard. She glances at the image on the monitor before it quickly disappears, "Here wait, let me take another one."
