The scene opens to the edgerunners standing against a wall, the world summit between faction leaders began. The only thing that made it uneasy, was the tension between three people in the room.
Two people were staring daggers at [y/n], the first being vali who got his ass handed to him over a bounty, while the second being the cold glare of Serafall Leviathan. The same leviathan that is one of the four satan leaders, and Sona's older sister who isn't happy with what he did when he met sona.
David and Lucy were conversing about battle tactics when they go do bounties, Rebecca was distracted by Rover. Rias and Sona's peerages were simply waiting but it seems rias was missing the vampire. Issei wanted to approach [y/n] but not at the moment since the meeting was taking place.
Suddenly everything froze, only a selective amount of people weren't affected. The leaders, Vali, Issei, Irina, Xenovia, Rias and Rover who is of leader class for reasons unknown. They were initially confused at what occured until rias realized it was gasper ability.
"Hmm it seems we have company" vali said looking at giant sigil with cloaked figure coming out upside down
"That sigil! Its used by the old satan faction" Sirzechs said
"Magicians, why are they here?" Serafall asked before a tanned woman entered the room
"Hello devils and fake devil kings, i am katerea leviathan, the true descendant of leviathan" the lady smirked

"We have you surrounded, surrender and we'll kill you quickly and painlessly" she added
"Hmm, quite bold of you to walk in alone thinking you have a chance" Azazel chuckled
"Indeed, quite foolish of you to do so" Vali shook his head
"Silence! You know what, let's see how confident if i harm a precious frozen ally" she approached [y/n] who had his eyes shadowed over by his hair
Rover saw her approach and grew two times her size which surprised the people unfrozen in the room "whose dog is this, no who own this monster" katerea asked trying to regain her composure
"It's [y/n]'s familiar" rias said
"Oh....wait [y/n]!! The new rebellious member of the khaos brigade" she shouted which surprised everyone that was unfrozen
"[Y/n] is part of the terrorist group, called the khaos brigade?!" Issei shocked
Rover noticed everyone was turning on [y/n] so it did the most logical move and tapped him with its paw. It unfroze him and he was not happy "for the last time, i only agreed to help ophis not join the khaos brigade, ask shalba beelzebub, he's the prime example of spreading false information"
"[Y/n] after all this you will be placed under arrest for association of terrorism" Serafall said
"Ah jeez, not even here can i catch a break, ya know what since we're spilling information about people, vali would you like to say something" [y/n] said which turned azazel's attention to vali
