“Where are you going dressed like that?” Agnes yelled as Demi sat down next to her in the limo. “To the studios with you.” She replied, closing the door behind her. “You can’t go out looking like that! What would your grandfather think if he was still here?” Demi fastened her seatbelt and turned to face Agnes. “He’d probably just tell me to wear a coat.” Demi replied, a brazen grin on her face as the limo took off. As they pulled out onto the bust LA road, Agnes looked out of the window in dismay. Demi frowned, inspecting her outfit using the mirrored roof of the limo. She wore a black jump suit, the legs of which fashionably flared out. The torso portion had a long v-line, which ended where her bra should. But she wasn’t wearing one; if she were, it would be seen and that be pointless. Plus, no fashion conscious woman wore a bra in the 70s. It just wasn’t done. All the way down the side of the jumpsuit, from under her arms down to her ankle, there was a long cut out which was filled out with a black lacy detail, enough that her nude panties weren't particularly visible. She had her usual huge platfors on which even her grandfather had never approved of. She smiled proudly; she loved being the rebel of her family.
Lindsey eventually arrived at the studio, guitar case in hand, sunglasses covering his bloodshot eyes. ‘Nothing a little blow can’t fix.’ He thought as he signed himself into the studios logbook. Looking into the office behind the reception, Lindsey spotted his girlfriend, Carol Ann. “Hey baby.” She said sweetly, walking over to him. He was too tired to be mad at her for not being with him last night. “Hi.” He replied, greeting her with a kiss. “Everyone’s in the studio waiting for you.” “Even Stevie?” Lindsey asked, his sense of surprise heightened when Carol replied with a nod. "It must be a fucking miracle! The work of God! She's atually here on time for once! I'll see you later, Carol." He kissed the top of her head and began to walk down the corridor to the studio. “Oh and the new studio owner is coming in today. So be on your best behaviour!” Carol called after him. “I will if Stevie is!” He replied. ‘Yea right; like that’s gonna happen!’ Lindsey thought as he walked into the studio control room.
