As the description says, it's gonna be a light read kinda story. Mostly comedic and smutty with a little bit of drama at the end. I have never written a full HaruKyu story while I absolutely adore their chemistry. I decided to do it at last because why not?
Let me give you a brief introduction-
Haruto is the son of the landlord, basically the heir of all the properties. (At least 50 apartments in a large high storey building) Junkyu is a newcomer, unaware of the rules for payment; he basically shifted due to his friend nagging him to get an apartment of his own. Here starts all the drama- of Haruto pestering, manipulating and well (*cough*) seducing Junkyu.
There will be some mature content in this story, some light, some a bit more. I'll put a warning where it's necessary, so that you can choose to read or leave.
