wooyoung grabbed his phone from his locker as he made his way to the library. he looked around for a second before going to his secluded table by the corner, placing his bag down, taking out the assignments.
san let out a deep sigh as he made his way to the library before finding wooyoung - he dropped his bag down, sitting in front of him.
wooyoung looked up from his paper due to the sound, smiling. "hi! im gonna assume i wasnt late."
"i don't find you funny." san joked, though his tone came out more serious than he'd intended - he took out the assignment, letting out a sigh.
"oh.." his words took wooyoung back a bit, hesitating before flicking his eyes down onto his laptop, turning it on.
there was an uncomfortable silence for a second before san realizing that it was his fault.
he looked up, noticing his expression before speaking quickly. "sorry, i didn't mean that in a rude way! i was joking-"
"san" wooyoung giggled. "no no, you're fine!" he gave off a small smile, turning his laptop around, showing the screen to the one overthinking his actions. "i did some of the other work in my other classes."
he did.. his work.. the work that involves me.. as his partner..
san hummed before looking at the laptop, giving a small smile. "you never do your p-" he cut himself off, turning his attention back to his own work. "cool, im almost done."
"never do what? my part?" he let out a stiff laugh. "i know, i dont know why i wanted to do it this time but.." he shrugged.
the oldest looked up from the work, back to the boy infront of him as he chewed on the end of his pencil. "you didn't have to, y'know,, i would've done it for you."
"its okay, it felt good to do it myself" he smiled. "go on, you can out the final draft on the doc."
his smile, san starred at it. he can never get tired of that smile.
"well next time let me do it, i know you have a lot going on." he spoke as he finished writing the last sentence.
the blonde stared at him dumbfounded, furrowing his eyebrows. "no, im fine..?" he started fidgeting with the bracelet on his wrist.
"it's okay, i can tell." san looked up, his eyes going to the bracelet, noticing the boy fidget.
wooyoung fidgets over the times when he's anxious, scared, bored and.. someone knows a lot about him more than he wants someone to know. san's observation of course, he couldn't be any more right.
"but i am fine.. really!" wooyoung leaned back against his seat, still messing with the bracelet. "sure, if that's what you want me to believe." he moved his eyes from the bracelet to wooyoung's eyes. "you like it?"
a small pleasant hum was let out as he looked at san, raising an eyebrow in confusion before realizing. "oh, yeah, it was gifted to me."
there was a pause. san didnt know what to do, so he just gave a content hum before seeing wooyoung's lips part to speak again.
"dont know who gave it to me tough, thats the ass part about it." he stopped playing with it, crossing his arms like a small child who didn't get the candy he wanted at the candy store.
san chewed on the inside of his cheek as he remained silent for a long moment before pulling his sleeve up, revealing a similar bracelet.
wrapped perfectly around his wrist was a red and black bracelet. the beads were marbleized and shiny, as if it was new, but it wasnt. that wasn't the big deal of the bracelet though. the key focus was the charm that was right in the middle of the clash of beads. a water drop charm.
"i um- i made it.."
