"stop trying to fight your boyfriend and quit moving!" wooyoung scolded at mingi as he took out the gift.
"what is it?" yunho butted in, leaving with a confused mingi.
"it's a piece of jewelry, but why was it wrapped so.. perfectly? i dont get it?"
wooyoung looked at it, furrowing his eyebrows before gasping.
san..?
"its a bracelet, are you fucking blind." he examined it, his eyes lowering in happiness on the tree charm before putting on his wrist. "this one is my favorite gift of all."
mingi rolled his eyes at his remark. "a bracelet, yes, but why is it more special than..-" his eyes adverted to all the other gifts near his locker.
"yeah, i mean it's cute and all but i'm with mingi— it's just a bracelet." yunho shrugged, looking from the bracelet to the now stern faced blonde.
wooyoung rolled his eyes, putting the box back in the locker before closing it — he lifted his wrist up, showing the charm. "i had this friend, the on you asked me about yesterday night, yuns. we took this silly test quiz shit one day, and its almost similar to what i had gotten that day!"
mingi gave him a dull expression. "that's it? was it the friend or something who gave it to you?"
"there was no name on the box, and you said the friend suddenly left" yunho paused. "that's kinda weird.. was it that guy you bumped into? i mean, he was walking away from your locker" he looked around, trying to find him.
"he seems very sketchy, now thinking about it." mingi scratched the top of his head, looking around as well.
"everyone walks this way, dont be so judgy! lets go to class" wooyoung dismissed them as the bell suddenly rung, indicting their passing period is over.
the three boys parted ways, heading to their individual class as san watched wooyoung walk away.
he paused on his way to class, the need to see wooyoung again growing as he picked at the skin beside his nails — he went to the bathroom, going to a stall before pulling off his backpack, quickly taking out his notebook.
on the other hand, wooyoung was too high in the clouds about his bracelet before he realized he needed to use the bathroom.
"oh fuck!" he groaned, turning on his heels as he headed to the bathroom instead in a hurry. "i shouldve never betted against mingi.." he opened the door, letting it slam close as he went to a stall.
two stalls down sat san, on the floor, with his notebook on his lap, pencil in hand. he was completely absorbed in writing in his notebook about the gift he'd given the boy, not paying attention to the sudden presence.
