⇝Quickly forming a habit, in a effort to show Yoongi his interest in him, Park Jimin would stop by the Petal flower shop every day. If it wasn't in the morning, before reporting to work, he would do it in the afternoon, as soon as Taehyung left the shop, to be alone with the owner, and that nothing would interrupt them.
Sometimes, his conversation revolved around his university classes and how heavy they were for him, commenting to the blond that the only thing he hoped was to finish the semester soon, to have a little break.
―It's just, there's this math teacher, who's really obnoxious ―he growled, snorting. ―And, the man is a jerk all the time... It's not that he's a bad teacher, but he demands too much and his evaluation criteria border on perfection... And yes, we're talking about mathematics, which yes or yes has to be exact, but why deduct points for a blot on the page? I mean, I'm solving problems and I'm not always going to get it right in one shot, so... should I leave the misspelled answer? Have I not the right, perhaps, to correct it? ―he narrowed his eyes and Yoongi wanted to laugh at how pissed off he looked, in the middle of his monologue. ―Since the last job I handed him in, when he took me down two points for "cleanliness"... ―he made air quotes with his fingers. ―...I decided to solve the exercises on another sheet, and after corroborating that the result was correct, I transferred it to the sheet, because... to the math teacher... ―he ironized. ―...doesn't like that we do any work on the computer... everything must be written by hand... It's a real headache, that's why I want to have a vacation now ―he sighed, taking a breath, for speaking so fast. ―I intend to travel to Busan, and stay there for at least a week ―he explained, leaning against the counter, seeing Yoongi's adorable blush, who was behind it, sitting and silent. He had caught him off guard and he didn't have time to get his feet to keep a greater distance between them. ―Oh well... that's my idea, even though I didn't want to leave Jin hyung alone for so many days, without a delivery guy ―he pursed his lips into a pout. ―Jin hyung is my boss, have I mentioned him before? ―he asked and Yoongi rolled his eyes from him, trying to remember, even though he knew it long before, thanks to Taehyung. ―Well, if I'm not there, he only has Hyukkie left, who is his kitchen helper, because Seokjin hyung is a little suspicious of people ―he rambled, moving his hands as he spoke. Yoongi took advantage of the moments when the black-haired guy wasn't looking directly at him, to appreciate his features and unconscious movements, which he performed with such grace. ―Besides, you can't afford to hire a lot of people either, because there are bills to pay, and the rent for that place is quite high.
At least Taehyung had set his eyes on a working man, Yoongi said in his mind, thinking of sharing that information with the younger and teasing him a bit about it.
―God, I think I'm talking too much, and for sure I'm boring him ―the blond wanted to tell him that it wasn't like that, and that, if it depends on him, he could listen to it all his life. ―Today I'm going to buy a variegated tulip... ―he asked, like every time he visited his store. Yoongi nodded, before standing up and handing him his purchase, going over in his mind the meaning of that particular flower, feeling the blush grow on his face every time. Jimin paid, and smiled when he noticed his flushed cheeks, as if he guessed his thoughts. ―Yoongi-ssi, take this flower as a compliment ―he commented, offering him the tulip. Min accepted it. ―Because, really, you have very pretty eyes ―the flower shop owner's mouth opened a little in impression, due to the directness of his words, and Jimin's smile widened.
Inevitably, as soon as Jimin left the store, Yoongi returned to his seat, taking out the notebook that he hid in the top drawer of the counter, searching for a pencil; and, following the notes that he had left in previous days, since he decided to start writing letters for Jimin, without delivering them, he wrote down himself.
Laughing at the cheesy words on the paper, he closed the notebook, returning in to his place, passing a hand across his forehead, thinking about when he would have the courage to give him the five notes that he had already written for Jimin there.
―Ha! Like that's going to happen ―he muttered to himself, shaking his head.
