avery told asher to meet up at her balcony. so she had a glass of alcohol and drank some as she waited.

"hey." asher annouced. "hey, you came."

"of course. what's this about? you didn't give any info."

"you have to be completely honest with me ok?" avery asked and asher nodded.

"what are we? cause that kiss? we never moved on from that?" avery asked.

"i- uh i've been wanting to ask you. it's just i've been so caught up with football. and i just wanted to take you on a proper date before we commit. but i mean i guess since you brought it up. would you like to be my girlfriend av?"

"i would love to." avery smiled.

asher rubbed his thumb avery's cheek. he had leaned into avery as they kissed.

they kissed again as asher put his arm around her. "c'mon let's go inside." asher said.

asher is staying over avery's place. they stayed in her room together this time.

asher and avery were in her closet. he examined her huge walk in closet. "are- are these mine?" asher asked.

"uh yeah." she answered. "you always gave them to me when i got cold. and you never asked for it back so."

asher laughed. "oh my god you have like five av."

"their comfy. especially this one." avery held his varsity jacket. "and the two are blazers whatever."

layla was trying to organize the baker's birthday party with JJ. he told everyone but the bakers and layla organized it. the party was held at avery's house

"suprise!" they all said as JJ took of the twins blindfold. "happy birthday guys!" layla stated.

asher and avery was at her house. they were on the couch, avery on asher's lap and her hands around his neck.

asher was kissing her as he started moving towards her neck. she sighed smiling.

"what are you smiling about?" asher asked. "i don't know. just i really like this."

"if you keep wearing tops like this i won't stop." asher said. her too showed a lot of cleavage.

"good i like this."

asher and his team was hanging out at the cafe. avery was sat down outside relaxing. until she got a call.

"hello?"

"hi avery collins?"

"yes."

"alright so i did your physical and-"

"can i do cheer?" avery smiled. "i'm so sorry but you can't. you told me you had pain around you leg. it happens but your tore your acl without knowing. it's common."

"wait what?"

"i'm so sorry you can't do cheer. the best idea is to do surgery. and recovery can be around year or more depending."

"what happens if you don't do the surgery?"

"it's not advised and it could damage your knee, causing you to be unstable."

"ok um i'll call you back thank you." avery was crying during mid call. everyone thinks cheer isn't a big deal. but it is to avery.

she loves gymnastics and cheer, a big passion.

asher took a glance at her but continued talking to his friends.

the only thing she had to do was call her mom. "hello?"

"mom?" avery asked. "honey?"

"i need you please." lucy noticed avery's daughter voice broke. "what happened?"

"i- i can't do sports no more. they said i tore my acl. i need to have surgery or it'll be worse. and i know we aren't on the best terms, but please i need you to sign documents for my surgery."

"i'll be there as soon as possible. and honey it's not over."

avery wiped her tears and calmed herself down. she walked inside and went to liv. she was near JJ, asher and jordan.

"liv, i need to talk to you." avery said. "sure."

"i just- i wanna tell you because you're my friend and i hope you support me." liv nodded.

"i- i need you to be there for me during my surgery."

"what surgery?"

"the surgery i'm gonna get because i tore my acl." liv's face was shocked. the boys heard because jordan was beside liv.

"apparently it's common you don't feel it. i got my physical cause ya know for sports you have to. and they called me how i can't do cheer."

"avery i'm sorry. of course i'll be there for you." liv hugged avery.

"wait how are you gonna do it. you need a guardian or parent." liv mentioned.

"uh, i called my mom. she actually wasn't pissed, and sounded concerned. she said she'll be here soon. hopefully we can fix our relationship."
